Would buy again.
This is the best pice of equipment I have ever bought. I would recommend this model to any one needing a really good pressure washer that is easy to use.

First impressions? Not good
i will change my rating if I can receive good customer service on this. I bought this unit from the Walmart app, paid the $198 and waited happily to receive it. The unit arrived a day early, but instead of getting a new unit, I received a used one. How do I know it's used? Well it has scratch marks all over the detergent tank, on the bottom, wheels and top of the motor. There is mud, grass and dirt under it and even spider webs. Clearly someone returned this one and walmart sold it to me as a "new unit" but didn't bother to disclose that this is a returned/used unit. I emailed SunJoe but if nothing is done, then I will contact my lawyer and submit the necessary paper work against you walmart.

    Love the shut off feature Sun Joe has.
    This is my 2nd Sun Joe. I used the 1st unit for 7 years before the shut-off pressure switch failed to operate properly. While waiting for my new unit I figured "nothing to lose" so I tore the old one down. Pulled the switch out, cleaned it, tightened the pressure setting and Wa-Lah it's working again. I ordered the new unit for more pressure and it's on a cradle cart because the upright model I have would tip over too easily. But I'm not a happy camper with Walmart's on line/ in store dependability.

    thoughtloessness is becoming common among workers.
    it didn't come with promised manual. i have poor eyesight and without that the steps i had to go through (scanning onto my phone, onto my computer - not being able to print!! (did i mention i have very poor eyesight?) s;; allo i wanted was a paper Hard Copy of the manual so that i could have it op-en with a magnifing glass whiloe putting it together. the suggestions from 'help finally said they could mail me a copy that won't be here for 5 days.....PLUS i just settled for squinting at a tiny portion of the how to a little bit at a time.

    worked great until the unit broke off the frame
    I've owned this for 12 day's and used it twice when I went to use it today for the 3rd time I discovered that the main unit had broken off at the 4 screws attaching it to the frame , I gave it two stars only because the two times I've used it, the machine worked well. but this is not a good sign at only 12 days after purchase, I'm returning but I'm not sure I want to try it again.

    price to performance yes
    Sweet spot of performance, features and price! No-frills pressure washer with mixing tank. A more powerful unit could get the job done faster but might require a 20A circuit or gas engine. This does the same task albeit a bit slower, it does a very good job with patience. For the price, this is a winner!

    Great little pressure washer!
    Bought this to mainly pressure wash the moss that was on the siding of my house. Ended up using not only for that but for the gutters, front and back patio, side walk, patio furniture, brick work on house and driveway! I've had this for about 4 days and have put over 20 hours on it and it works great. One tip though, to have it work at its best, you MUST get all the air out of the line. Do this on low first. Depending on your water flow, it can take up to 30 minutes. We have a well and sometimes the pressure isn't the most consistent but once the air was out of the line/hose, we flipped it on high and she purred like a kitten. Unit is light weight and very easy to assemble. Way to go SunJoe! Can't wait for my Yard tool bundle to come! If they work as well as this pressure washer, I'll be over the moon and you'll have gained a life long customer!

    This is the first Pressure Washer I have ever owned and I am very impressed. I wash and wax Boats/RV/s/Campers as a side business and this goes with me on every job. This Sunjoe SPX4004 has no problem blasting away Dirt, Mold, Mildew etc off every surface. I love using this on RV Rubber Roof's (see picture below). Even Mold

    great washer definitely recommend
    great power washer, I bought this at walmart for $179 don't be fooled by the name or price this washer is power packed for a lightweight unit. it easily washed the green grime from my white siding. very powerful and easy on the water bill. the soap foaming nozzle produces just as much soap like a regular car wash, washed my car in low power setting and it was clean and shiny. I used the blue coral concentrate at walmart. also started washing my concrete driveway as you can see by attached photo, light spot is clean dark spot needs washed yet. comes with 5 different nozzle attachments for different jobs. comes with a great 2 year warranty from a reputable U.S. company. I would recommend this product to anyone buying an entry level power washer. the sun joe can handle anything thrown at it P.S. don't worry about irregular pressure at start it takes about 30 seconds for the air to get out of hose bug after that hang on because it's very powerful
