Style & Quality
These Sun Zero Arlo Textured Curtains are stylish with their dark color, texture, and steel-toned grommets. Their quality is top notch with durable fabric and consistent craftsmanship. In hand, they feel substantial and are lined (see pic) They look classy and did a great job of blocking out the sun, allowing me to sleep longer - which I desperately needed.

Light blocking is a disappointment
I purchased these curtains in navy blue thinking that the darker color would be even more light blocking. This was not the case. In fact, I'm likely going to have to purchase a different set or perhaps a window cling to block out more light. We have a newborn and really need to get his nights/days on track.

I like that they keep room nice and dark even when blind is left lifted when closed. Have a almost 8 month old puppy that wakes up as sun barely breaks.

    Very pleased
These curtains are really nice! I ordered the aqua and it's a heavenly color. The fabric is softer than other thermal curtains I've had, which I like. The stitching is neat, and the fabric has a darker thread running through it, which is pretty. I hung them on silver rods with clear glass finials in the front guest room, which gets the blazing afternoon and evening sun and winter wind. I would not hesitate to order again.

Material is a little odd, but overall am happy
I am happy with these drapes, especially for the price. I got them in Navy. Im not super fond of the material, as it has an almost plastic feel to it (hence the 4-star review). But you dont visually notice it. The wrinkles were pretty bad due to the material but after 5 minutes in the dryer on Normal (even though they suggest low), they softened up and some of them came out. Im sure ironing would help too, but be careful that they dont melt! They do block all the light and are lined. Refer to attached picture Mainstays Blackout in Blue on the left (which are not lined), Sun Zero Arlo in Navy on the right. Since they are lined, from outside the house you will see white. The Navy color does have a slight gray hue, but that allows them to flex across a variety of different hues of Navy. They sufficiently matched the Mainstays Navy quilt - refer to attached picture.

    Summer vibezzz
These curtain are definitely a vibe! Enjoying my summer with the coolness of these curtains. They keep the heat out just enough but they still let the sun light make its way through. Love the texture, they seemed durable to other options. And the pattern is what I needed. Win win!

    Flax Yellow - Great deal!
For the price - definitely 5 stars! I used these in a west facing room so I didn't need them for bright morning light but they give plenty of privacy as well as more light blockage than I expected. The pic was taken at peak light coming thru that window. The "flax" is a lovely yellow and they look exactly as pic'd. They are a bit hard to steam, but good quality and totally worth it.

They do not block out very much light at all, I bought these for my bedroom because the light out side bother me when I am trying to go to sleep and they do not help at all? Would return them but needed curtains of some sort up! Will try to find some lining material of some sort to line them with but should not have to go then another expense?? If you are wanting just nice curtains they are pretty but if you want the blocking part go some where else

    Dark
I recently received the Sun Zero 2-pack Arlo Textured Thermal Insulated Blackout Curtain Panel and love how much they block out the sun. My husband is a first responder and works crazy hours and sleeps different times of day/night and these have worked great. He says that he feels he falls asleep faster since he doesn't have to ignore the sun, because the curtains block it out.

Great color, stylish, and energy efficient!
There is no place on the packaging that states the width of the curtains. The length is stated as 84", which is what I need, but my window is wide so I was hoping this would fit. My window is 72" wide, and I measured the panels, which were 38" wide. When the curtains are closed they let a lot of light in around the frame because they are the exact size of my window. I also went to the sub zero website trying to find the dimensions for the width of the panels, if it's on the web site, I could not find it. Having stated the size issue, the curtains really do block the direct sun. The Sun Zero panels block out over 99% of the light. We have a big outside light that comes on at dark, and it it is super bright. We actually can not see the bright light through these curtains, so that was great. The curtains are also suppose to reduce outside noise up to 42%. We do not have a lot of outside noise, but I am sure this is true based on the fact that they do reduce a lot of light as advertised. The curtains are really pretty, and light weight. I always thought I need big heavy drapes to be energy efficient, not true. The material is 100% polyester, which usually washes really well.I am not sure what type of material is used for the lining, but it is lightly coated. I decided to steam the wrinkles out after hanging them, and the material steamed perfectly. The wrinkles removed without much work involved. The grommets for hanging are large, and I think make the panels look really stylish. I really love that they are large enough that the curtains slide open without any effort. Bottom line I do love the curtains. I appreciate that they are energy efficient as stated, and the look fashionable. I am bummed about the width because I hoped to use as curtains in my living room, but will probably have to move to a bedroom. The light gray color is a a very neutral shade that will fit with most any decor.
