I ordered the wrong sized and called the customer service department within a hour of noticing my error and spoke to representative about the issue and she told me that the cancelation was processed but when I looked at my bank account they had took the money. And the tires were sent to me on 11/09/20. I refused the tires and sent them back .

    The best of the best. These tires outstanding vs my original BMW X5 tires. I think better than Goodyears, Continental etc…. Price 4 tires = one BMW original tire. Driving 2 years at Nebraska four seasons no single hassle. My car never alert my tires low during winter beat that.
