I love the excellent service. And most of the time Walmart's selection of fresh produce is fine. but I just had to laugh at the TWO sweet potatoes I ordered and received today. A gigantic one that will take forever to bake, and the other one so small it will be done in 10 minutes. Now since there are only two of us here, the large one will do just fine for us. a

Dissatisfaction with chosen product
I understand someone else is shopping on my behalf but they picked the smallest sweet potatos they could find. I am not asking for the largest in the pile but note what they would want for themselves or their family. I am very displeased with what I received. Very!

    Rotting taters, again.
    this morning I ordered my weekly groceries and again ended up with scary rotten sweet potatoes. I don't buy them in the bag anymore because there's always four rotten ones. so I have mine hand selected and this time I got a potato like a wet soggy diaper, mushy, scary, moldy, wet and terrifying. Does Walmart not care they're a rotten potato? I'm mad about it, and it's so darn common. Really people, seriously.

    bad potatoe picker!!
    got 2 of my 4 one with a hole like its starting to rott and the other very small usually i get someone who would pick them like I would.

    I used pick up and whoever shopped these needs to learn the difference between good and moldy. These were not only moldy but are soft. Do not trust others with produce.

    Should have known better
    I usually don’t let them pick out my produce but figured sweet potatoes would be pretty easy. I honestly think someone picked the most rotten potatoes they could find. They all have soft rotting parts and I think that one even has mold!

    Does not listen - when order wrong!
    Called store explained how the order was wrong, that I ordered 3 lbs of sweeet potatoes and I only received 3 potatoes vs 3 lbs. After talking to several people including the manager they were adamant that I only ordered 2, I even read the order (screenshot attached). I eventually gave up! The good thing is I only paid for a partial order, the bad thing is they aren’t willing to listen when it is wrong.

    poor quality picking by walmart employees
    i cant understand why the employees cant tell rotten from good in the product requested. i have to peel away much of the vegetable to get anything from it. i get your shopping for me so i can just pick up but i pay for good product not rotten. disappointed every time i purchase vegetables this is my first time to complain...i guess if i want good i need to go inside and pick it myself.

    Won’t be eating this potato!
    I have used grocery pickup since it began and love it! But Walmart completely messed it up this time. I ordered 3 sweet potatoes and only received one. No idea why. The one I did get is very small, has holes in it from some critter and has an unknown, dark brown, oily substance on it that doesn’t seem like dirt.

    The sweet potatoes picked were the size of a finger. It was comical that an employee picked this product to give to a customer and claims it's even satisfactory. I actually laughed when I saw them. Definitely need to choose better… Didn't even weigh a pound!
