Glad I bought this
Just what I needed on a cold day. I liked it so much I ordered another box with marshmallows. Quick, easy just heat water and add to cup. It says for richer flavor make with milk. I use water and a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. Very rich, tastes great.

Swiss Miss cocoa HARD CHUNKS not usual powder mix
Rec'd 2 boxes of Swiss Miss Cocoa packets which contained a lot of HARD CHUNKS instead of cocoa powder mix. See picture. Since I don't know what caused this and have no desire to hammer them into a powder, I'm throwing them away - waste of money. I have had too many problems with quality, consistency, and handling with Swiss Miss cocoa mix - Including open boxes, missing packets, packets that had clearing been damaged by liquid of some kind, etc.

    economic and health
    I drink a lot of hot chocolate, 2 envelopes each time; so it's just makes sense to purchase to knock down the cost of each pack. I replaced coffee with hot chocolate; both are a stimulant; but, hot chocolate has less and that adds up to less health problems. If hot chocolate came in a 60 or more, I would buy it.

    something changed
    i have always loved swiss miss, it is my go to for hot cocoa. sadly, something changed in the recipie in the last year. it tastes more like a malte than chocolate and the sweetness has been increased to sickening levels (my guess is to cover it). I gave this to my mother who, after 2 sips, dumped her mug and gave it back. so, i gave it to a friend who has kids. nobody in her house likes it, so she gave it to a friend of hers. This giant pack of cocoa is making its rounds through the community because the flavor is terrible but it seems a shame to throw away so much. i can reliability state that this has grossed out 10 people, so far.

    I only had one problem with the order. I ordered 11 of this same item. One of them that was in the big shipping box was broke open and one of the envelopes of chocolate mix was torn open and spilled out.

    Love the huge size
    I love that I can buy Swiss miss in a 30 pack because my kids drink it at least daily. Sometimes even twice a day. In a household with multiple kids the 6 pack wasn't lasting long.

    You can beat Swiss miss!
    My daughters love this hot or cold! I make them in a blender in the summer with ice and water, like a milkshake and it doesn't nearly have the sugar of a regular milkshake so I definitely don't mind. We have always loved Swiss miss and will keep using.
