New or reconditioned?
I just opened the box. Is this a brand new machine? Look how the power cord is wrapped in the photo. Which makes me believe this tv has been returned or is reconditioned. Not happy at all!!!

    Do NOT BUY!!
    horrible tv! just like other reviews, my tv had a blue lone going down and a red line going across on the screen luckily I was able to eturn on the 30th day. So many had their TV die within months

    Roku HD TV
    I have had one for 5 years a larger one on my wall in my Living Room. I ordered the 32 inch for my Bedroom I got tired of falling a sleep on my couch watching movies. I love the TCL Roku it is simply to operate and install and show a great picture and great price.

    Love this TV. It is lightweight, affordable and so easy to set up. My 15 year old flat screen went out on to watch Roku I had the Roku Stick inserted. This TV with built in Roku made replacement so simple.

    Garbage tv
    TV crapped out after 1.5 months of use. TCL doesn't warranty their own defects. Manufacturer said its not their problem and told me to kick rocks. Would not recommend their garbage product

    serves the purpose
    Liked the price but didn't realize all of the hullabaloo I had to go through to rid the tv of all of the streaming services. Not a fan of the remote either. BUT for the price, it serves the purpose I had intended.

    Dark spots on the tv screen
    I got this tv on June 26, 2021, and on September 20, 2021 two dark spots appeared on the screen. I have tried several different things to get it to disappear, and nothing worked. I have tried to get ahold of Walmart about the problem and they weren't any help.

    Good tv for the price
    I was drawn to this tv because I already had a bigger TCL that was very pleased with. Just could not beat the price for this one. It's for my guest bedroom, so it won't be used a whole lot, so I was looking for an economical one, and this one fit the bill.
