A great buy
I wasn't sure what to expect with a TCL Roku TV but was pleasantly surprised. It was so easy to set up. Has a very good picture. Even the Roku remote was easy to figure out. I love this TV and would recommend it to a best friend.

1st didn't work. 2nd works fine.
TV did not work straight out of the box. It was set up with care. Contacted TCL and received a new one that works so far. Disappointed that it look so long

    DON'T BUY A TCL TV !!!
    DON'T BUY A TCL TV !!! TCL is Absolute Garbage! I Bought the TCL 43" Class 4K UHD LED Roku Smart TV HDR 5 Series and after 14 months (2 months after the warranty ran out) the TV broke. The screen went black! Then I found out it cant be fixed. If you check the internet you will see they don't last. It would be nice if America made a TV.

    Great SMART TV experience
    Great APPs. Super easy to use, super fast, good color, great sound levels. We've had both Samsung and LG Smart TVs and they were very slow and the sound was low. I would buy the TCL Roku Smart TV again!

    This tv will not let you set up an android streaming box no matter what connection you use.Roku blocks installs but if you set the box up on a non roku tv then hook the box up it will work fine.The roku blocks would be a problem for someone with only one tv.

    Love This TV!
    This was my first 4K Roku tv and I love it! The colors are so vivid and I like the slimmer style. I also love the different audio settings that you can set for tv watching. This was a good price for me and we are probably going to replace an older tv with another one like this.

    Solid unit, but buy a soundbar
    I like the TV, easy set up and use. However, annoying that the built in speaker is in the back of the unit, hard to hear at normal levels. I bought a soundbar for it otherwise I would probably send the TV back. Keep this in mind if you buy this unit.

    A lot of reservations, would not buy again
    The set is fine but the remote is terrible. The small disc at the bottom of the screen must be dead-on target and even at that, is not good to go without a search. The max distance, I'm told by customer service, is 15 ft. At fourteen feet, it still is out of range. I'm buying a universal remote in hopes of help.

    I really like it.
    I was actually looking for a smaller TV but at the time the smaller ones were sold out. I took a chance and I am glad I did as this one has a beautiful picture! In the past I have always purchased a Samsung and Sony 40 inch TVs. I was a little leery when my kids recommended the TCL as I had never heard of that brand. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is not tech savvy. It was so easy to set up. I like that everything is included in one remote control that is simple to use. For the price it was an excellent purchase.

    Even though I only been using this TV for a week so far I have no issues with it. I had purchased the 50” unfortunately it was damaged from the box I was so disappointed. When I contacted Walmart.com one of the customer service representative by the name of Iris who was so nice helped me decided to purchase this 55” TCL TV. It came on time and was very easy to set up and the quality of the images is also nice. I would definitely recommend this TV.
