Really nice now I have better wifi everywhere
this is really nice it's a lot smaller than I expected but then it's plugged into the wall so. it really does what it says it would do to help extend the Wi-Fi throughout my whole house. and I really love the features on the button where it tells you which part of your house would have better wi-fi extended so that you know where to plug it in. it was super easy to set up. all I did was press the WPS button on my tp-link router and then press the button again on the Wi-Fi extender and it works really well. so I don't have to change password or anything I just plug it in wherever and it works wonderfully. Just you have to wait for a minute or 2 when you plug it in to see if that spot has the best reception or not. It is $17.58 when I bought it, now I see it's $15.99.

Did not work for me it only works if its plunged in right next to the router . Literaly right next to the router box. Waste of my $20 dollars , i tried to call the company for help and do yo the pademic their temporaly not around to help.

    Better than expected.
    I wanted to reduce the amount of wifi devices in a distant room for health reasons. So when my usb wifi dongle started faulting on my pc I plugged this in down the hall with a corded connection to my adapter and unplugged the old dongle. Within minutes I was using this new range extender and my mouth dropped at the speed test. With the dongle I was getting 5 mb/sec. The Ethernet connection to the range extender gave me 95 mb/sec. It was clearly boosting so I connected my laptop via wifi from the same room and noticed a slight drop from 5 mb/s to 4.5. So I highly recommend this device as a chorded connection. I also enjoy the features that allow you to choose 3 different wifi strength settings. My preference would have been to have the wifi sending turn off completely but there is another feature that makes up for that...a built in timer. At night this shuts down and is well rested for another service day.

    Worked like a charm! Went from getting only 2-3 stars in my bedroom to getting the full 4 no dropping of signal bars either! Set-up literally took 3 minutes and was all done on my phone and with easy instructions page included in the box. Highly recommend!!!! Awesome price too

    Works wonderfully once you use web interface
    Im glad I read reviews because I found out the one I was going to purchase in store very often is DOA. Very pleased with this setup with the app is a nightmare until I said screw it and went through the web interface instead took all of 120 seconds took my password set it and forget it. TPLINK needs to desperately fix there app followed all the directions to come up with a passcode and kept getting errors web interface used exact same passcode success. Overall very pleased with the ease of use and coverage have my firestick tv plugged into the network extender via cat 8 cable streaming is now a breeze and I get awesome bandwidth now.

    IT works!
    I have had this for over a year now. We lived in a tri-level home and plugged this in upstairs while the Wi-Fi modem was downstairs. It made a huge difference in our firestick streaming. No more constant lagging. We have now moved and keep this in our dining room while the Wi-Fi modem is in the living room. It helps with my laptop speed and cell phone all the way outside. Over 100 yard distant from the modem to outside.

    This item works wonderful for us. We have a one story 1400 square foot home and our wifi is in the main bedroom on one side of the home. For some reason the other side of the home wouldn't get good wifi but after adding this we do!!!! So glad I bought it.

    Signal improvement huge
    I have 2 wireless PCs on a separate floor and a ways away from my router. The furthest, which is also at the other end of the house was getting was getting latency of 29, down speed 24.5 mps, up about 6mps. With the inexpensive device, which was super easy to set up, that PC now gets these speeds. latency 12 download 80+ mps up still lower but around 5.5 to 6 mps. http://results.speedtest.xfinity.com/result/1400798744.png are actual latest results. Smart TV, Ipad, and cell phones also all doing much better! I am truly impressed, especially for the price! 2 year warranty and takes an Ethernet cable also if you desire a wired connection.
