     Not a Good Manufacturer
    Out of the box, the feel of these headphones feel like they were made with cheap plastic. Headphone speakers are reversed and to have the directional speakers work correctly

     Gimmicky and cheaply made
    I have never hated a headset more than I hate this one. It echos whenever you're in a voice chat, so people you're talking to hear themselves echo through your mic, EVEN IF YOU'RE MUTED

    Headset ruined my PS4 controller
    Your headset broke my controller. The audio jack broke off inside the controller so now I have to purchase a new PS4 controller for $60 and a new headset.

    Fantastic comfort but has a hollow sound
    Was hoping for a better native sound out of the Razer BlackShark v2 but it's the same old Razer doughnut sound, lots of base and lots of treble but nothing in the middle.

    not happy with the product.
    I like the sound quality and the feel of the headset, but this is titled "works for Xbox one" it does not. In order for this to work on the Xbox one, you would need a mixamp, which is a completely separate purchase. Overall, not happy with the product.

    then there is a 8 inch cord to plug into the controller for the mic which doesn't work. Very poor design.

    they stopped working for my xbox
    I liked the headset at first but after a while they stopped working for my xbox one when I would connect it to my controller. They stopped working well after 1 or 2 weeks of having them.

    These do not work correctly with the Xbox 1. 
    These do not work correctly with the Xbox 1. The sound goes up and down depending on the game and doesnt get loud at all. Also, on one game we have while youre chatting with your team you can still here all the music. This is not an item that wed buy again. I only gave it at 2 because it actually works.
