didn't show up for the 1st appointment, then was promised a gift card by Handy customer service to reschedule, which I did. service tech seemed inexperienced and unsure, tv tilting forward after installation, tech said he couldn't fix that....plus tv isn't working now, possibly due to back panel separation? and no gift card was ever sent. 0 stars

    poor did not show multiple cancellations
    If I could give no stars I would have! Tech canceled apt 1 hour prior to installation time, service was rescheduled multiple days and in the end had to cancel my i with Angis and find another technician to come and perform the service at triple the cost. Angi customer service wasn't very helpful and when i asked for refund they explained they could only refund partial amount and i had to contact Walmart for full refund. TV still in Box

    If I could rate Angi a 0,I would
    They arrived and left before appointment time and never notified me. I saw on security camera. I've tried phone. Email and text and cannot get a person at Angi. I hate I ever had anything to do with them! I attached call log to get tech and or customer service. I got no one!!!

    Do not use this service!! Zero stars!
    The mount was so poorly installed the first time I used the 360 mount function it came out of the wall and the tv fell on me. Because it didn’t happen within 30 days of purchase they essentially told me to buzz off. Dangerous, incompetent and extremely unprofessional.

    Heyyy ! This service is the best !!! I would recommend this service to everyone who us looking to get this TV mounted. Angi is really good company! I had a guy named Chris and he was absolutely the best ! Good energy even made me laugh as worked through the service . Fast , professional and perfect! Love it !

    Nice service but inadequate
    They were fast and courteous, but I didn’t realize how off center the TV actually was until I took everything off the walls and mantle and removed the bookshelves next to the fireplace while preparing to paint. It is unacceptable! I had to order service again, 4 months later, to get it corrected! Yikes, the tech really should have done better. I had noticed it was off center initially, just didn’t realize the extent.

    Looks great! Service was awesome. Stud was off center with fireplace. So he tried to center it first but it did not hold with the drywall. He patched up the holes and installed it on the stud. Even though it's off center with fireplace, it is centered with the couch. So it came out even better than expected. Definitely recommend.

    Very professional
    I purchased the installation by HANDY . Tomas was great. I took off the back of my entertainment unit and had him mount the Mount-it 40" extension to the wall going through the wall unit. It fit in a very tight opening that allowed only about a 1/2" clearance of the top
