My 2 year old had a fever out of the blue and within 5-10 minutes of giving him the children's Tylenol his fever was going down and returning to his normal self.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS IT SAYS DYE-FREE
The one that is NOT dye-free has red dye 40 in it. I gave this to my last night not realizing and she had an adverse reaction to it. She became super hyper and agitated for almost 2 hours. I have no idea why this company would produce a medication with Red Dye 40 which is unsafe for anyone, especially infants. Most people would not think to read ingredient statements of medicine but you have to check EVERYTHING. so scary.. make sure you buy dye-free

    My daughter-in-law was afraid to use this at first being a new mom and all. Following her doctor's advice and believing in Johnson & Johnson she used it on her daughter ( my granddaughter ). It worked like a charm. Thank you Johnson & Johnson for always being there whenever we need you.

    A must have
    I absolutely love infants Tylenol. It helps my little ones so much when they have fevers or teething. Not to mention at shot time. Its an excellent product and i love the syringe because you have to go by weight when they are small and can only give a little bit(2.50mL ex.) A brand I trust.

    Parents Lifesaver!
    Works everytime I need it! As a first time mom I'm learning as I go. My pediatrician recommended this and based on lots of research I've done, Tylenol is the only safe and useful way to help a teething/sick infant. My son is 6 months old and popping 4 teeth at once, I would lose it if I didn't have Tylenol and had to watch him suffer! Quick and effective! Works in about 30-45 minutes usually. Test out different flavors tho. My son would spit half of it out with cherry flavor, but LOVES grape and never spits it out, so I know he got his dose and don't have to worry about how much of the medicine actually went down. My only issue with Tylenol is the syringe for infants, you can never get all of the medicine out of the tip of syringe. So you're always wasting some with each time you give it and on the bottle I have the tip is very long.. otherwise I'm happy with this product!

    My babies fever alway goes away after I have given them Tylenol. With Tylenol I am ready for vaccination days and high body temperatures that result from teething and cold.

    Helped my sweet baby girl feel better
    I'm very thankful for Tylenol it's saved my baby from suffering in pain while teething an took her fever away so fast she was up playing and eating and happy within and hour and a half n she got good sleep after all that made me feel better she wasn't feeling bad anymore thank you tylenol

    Thanks for knocking the fever out
    My baby woke up screaming with a fever of 100.2. When Tylenol came to the rescue ounce again.i have always useful Tylenol for all four of my kids an it has never let me down thank you Tylenol [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
