Christmas present for a 2 1/2 year old and it was a HUGE HIT for not only him, but his 4 year old brother as well. Clear instructions for reassembly and easy enough for the kids to take apart/put back together. Great toy!!

    THE TERRIFIC TAKE-APART TOY with TOOLS!
    We ABSOLUTELY LOVE these take away toys. My 3 year old son, Treigh thinks they are one of life's greatest inventions...lol! He will sit and take it apart and put it back together for hours. I love them so much because he loves them so much! However, these terrific little toys help with children's gross motor skills and memory...so they're learning while so they are learning while they play. They also are fantastic for travel, easily taken wherever your travels may take you. For our family, what we love about them the most is that Treigh mimics his father with them- taking it apart and reassembling it. His father works in construction so anything that even remotely or has the potential to need a tool, Treigh is all over it...finding what he feels is best for the matter at hand. He wants to be JUST like his father so when I came across these sets I was thrilled! I KNEW my son would adore these toys!

    I purchased the item for my three year old grandson who has two older siblings. They were all interested in participating. I have two suggestions: the pieces should be larger to make it more age appropriate for younger users and it should include a bag of extra screws. When a screw is lost the toy cant be completed. Also, it might help if the instructions were color coded to match the item. Overall, the concept is good and all three kids were able to participate at the same time since each item came with its own set of tools.

    This was an excellent toy. I Purchased the set for my six-year-old and four year old granddaughters and one year old grandson. They each chose the one they wanted and where engrossed with taking it apart and putting it back together. The one year old was happy to just play with his and work the screwdriver and socket wrench; soon he will be able to take it apart and put it together as well as the girls. Of all the toys I have bought over the years for my sons and grandchildren this has been by far one of the best!
