THE GOOD: I've had this thing for maybe 2 weeks and have used it every day since and I absolutely love it. THE NOT SO GOOD: The assembly took a bit longer than I had wished for as it took me maybe 4 hours after all said and done. That time includes unboxing and un-packaging everything as there is quite a bit of parts to unwrap or count etc.

    Money well spent.
    Item comes in a small box the size of the bottom tank cover. All parts individually wrapped and well protected. The instruction booklet could be a little vague for a first time purchaser when trying to figure out the hardware for the various part attachments. Overall a very good 48,000 btu outdoor heater for the price.

    Damaged and inconvenient to return and replace
    the item arrived with a big dent in the side! and now they want me to repack all the parts, carry the large, heavy box into my car and return it to the store!!

    This would be rated 5 stars, but mine showed up all scratched when I took the plastic off. Very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'd return it, but I had it half together already. Very annoying!

    Amazing patio heater!!!
    Ive had this heater for over 4 months now. Its amazing. We have one on our patio next to the couch where I usually sit and it keeps me warm on cool nights (55 degrees). If my patio wasnt so small id get 2 for both sides of the couch. Doesnt blow over in storms. Works great!

    You have to kind of use common sense with the bolts. Othe than that, it was pretty simple. It took about an hour with the help of my God-daughter. We then set it up and sat around it with the family. My wife loves it. I plan on getting another one. We covered it.

    I ordered two patio heaters, one for me and one for my son in law. They were delivered in perfect shape, I sat and put mine together in about 50 minutes and then went to my son in laws and put his together in about 40 minutes. Very good instructions and all pieces were there and used! We LOVE them. Had a cook out at my SIL's and used his and it was PERFECT. I have not used mine yet, but tonight it will be cool so we will be cranking it up to check it out! Thanks!!!

    Honestly worth it.
    This heater has a lit if parts, so get ready to go slow for every bolt because if you don't go in order you will have to take pieces apart to put others first. Lol learn the hard way. But its very nice. Don't forget the cover and propane take not included so prepare to get that cause your going to need it.

    Puts out some heat
    Works very well, put off some heat! Lost a star as the knob for the heat control was broken, didn't effect the ability to turn off/on/adjust high/low.
