Perfect!!
This is a cute item for kids and adults. Definitely a gift for any popcorn lover. The popcorn maker provided a snack/ healthy portion of popcorn. I used generic popcorn kernels and the results was awesome. My students love popcorn, however the bagged popcorn is so smelly and chemical laden. You can be sure that you are making healthy popcorn with this maker. As mentioned on the package, adding butter during the cooking process caused my first batch of popcorn to burn. You can always melt butter separately and add to popcorn if desired.

Used and unclean microwave popcorn popper!
I ordered online and decided to picked it up. I picked it up two days later and when I took it out of the bag to use it, I couldn't believe what I was seeing! It had been used and had some kind of oil on the inside of it!! I am a totally shocked and disappointed that the popcorn popper was not checked at the time of the return and before it was sold to me. Also, I expected my item to be new not used!!! So now I cant trust that Walmart sells new stuff. Everything I buy from there will be suspect. That is if I decide to buy from Walmart again. I most certainly will not be ordering online again!!

    It blew my microwave!!
    I really dislike the fact that when I used this thing it blew up my microwave (not literally). I can no longer use my microwave. There has to be some kind of metal in it. Lead in the glass maybe? All I know is that I am extremely upset over this product!! I would like a refund and a new microwave please!!

    You Will Never Go Back To Bagged Popcorn!!!
    This little popper is so easy and simple to use - you will never go back to bagged microwave popcorn again. We used it for a slumber party this past weekend. We used it for about 7 batches back to back and had absolutely no issues. It pops about the same amount as one of the mini-bags. The topper also serves as a measuring cup for the kernels. You simply measure, dump the kernels in the popper, and microwave. That's it. Additionally, you can add butter to the top and let it melt directly into the popcorn while it pops. It's quick, cheaper, and so much healthier for you than bagged popcorn. Get one for yourself and one for a friend. It's a great housewarming present and great for any college student living in the dorm. Side note: my ten year can use it without supervision. She thinks it cool and I am just glad it's a light snacking option after school.

    Cute concept but not my favorite way to do popcorn
    This cute little device cooks popcorn in the microwave. You fill up the top with kernels then dump it into the glass canister. It was a cute concept but did not make my favorite popcorn. The popcorn tasted burnt even though he cooked it for under the suggested time. I prefer our other popcorn maker which has a metal wand which moves the Colonel's around the whole time for a more even cooking experience.

    Fantastic way to cook popcorn!
    I love this popcorn popper! Ever since I discovered how much better popcorn tastes when it is not from a bag, I would always pop my own kernels. I absolutely love how easy and quick this popcorn popper is with popping kernels! It requires no oil and leaves no mess behind. One of my favorite things about it is how much cabinet space I save with it! It is easy to clean, dry, and store! One tip I would offer is that you really have to pay attention to the seconds between the pops to know when you should stop the microwave. I found it a bit on the easy side to burn popcorn if I left it in for just a few seconds too long. Although, I have found you become better with the timing the more you use this product with your particular microwave. Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

    Easy and dishwasher safe!
    I have enjoyed the food recipe videos from Tasty and think it's absolutely cool that they're putting out branded products now. This is the second product I've gotten from them and I absolutely love this little popcorn maker. My six-year-old daughter is an avid popcorn fan and can't ever seem to get enough. We usually get prepackaged popcorn and microwave it that way but I thought it would be really cool to try this. The directions are very simple and easy to follow, you simply fill the top lid up to the fill line with unpopped kernels, then you dump them into the glass popcorn popper, put the lid back on and pop it in the microwave. One of the things I like about this is that there are so many ways you can personalize your popcorn. The furry first time we. The very first time we used it we put a little bit of margarine in the holy top like the instructions say and put it in the microwave that way. The margarine melts on the top and leaks down onto the popcorn however I noticed that it doesn't do that after the popcorns already popped and it seems like the margarine melted way before. I feel like I would have gotten the same results had I just put the margarine in the bowl of popcorn itself. You consulted afterwards and mix it around if you so wish it came out pretty well but it did take 5 minutes instead of the recommended 3 minutes and I'm not sure if that's because of the butter or just my microwave. One of the absolute things that sold me on this is the fact that my six-year-old can do it by yourself and after we are done we can simply pop it in the dishwasher and there is zero cleanup. When first getting it out figured they would have to be hand washed but it says everything including the lid is dishwasher safe and I think that's so cool. The only thing I don't like is it only makes a little bit of popcorn so if you're trying to make popcorn for a bunch of people you're going to have to do it multiple times. Also it tells you you need to let it completely cool before making more popcorn so it might take you quite a while to make a lot of popcorn if that's where you're going for. For a single serving person though this popcorn popper is easy efficient and the perfect size!

    Delicious Popcorn
    The whole family loves watching movies and everyone loves popcorn, but going to the movies is so expensive and the popcorn, oh my goodness, it's popcorn! Why does it cost so much? Of course I understand the movie theaters has to make money, but we definitely cannot afford to go to the theaters all the time. Once in awhile we will splurge and go to the movie theaters, but most of the time, we stay at home, watch a movie on our tv and make some fresh popcorn. We got the Ecolution Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper 1.5QT to try out. The design is super cute. I love the red color. It is made of Temperature Safe Glass w/Multi Purpose Lid, although it is made of glass, it is not heavy at all. We use to make popcorn from those packages, but those packages already has pre added ingredients that not everyone wants, but with this one, you have the option to add butter on the top of the lid, or not at all if you just like your popcorn plain. We have made popcorn several times in the Ecolution Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper and our popcorn comes out perfect every time! We love that we have fresh popcorn within minutes because we never have to wait very long for the second batch and costs only a fraction of the price compared to the theaters. Thank goodness we are able to pause the movie when we're at home.

    My 4 year old daughter and I love popcorn. I was considering buying an air popper that you plug in but I am so glad I got this instead. It is easy to use, works great, easy to clean and store. I fill the little cup on top with seeds, pour them in the container and heat for 2 minutes. That makes enough for one person. My daughter loves helping me do this and she loves seeing the finished popcorn after we take it out of the microwave. Cleans great in the dishwasher. There is usually some seeds left that didn't pop, but I think that's normal for most popcorn makers.
