A life saver!
My son and I LOVE it! We both have mild scoliosis and it has been giving us such relief along side physical therapy. We use it every morning and I use it up to 3 times a day for around 6 minutes. When I feel tight I just hop on.

The frame is not square
Solid but uneven it leans more on one side. You can see where the bed was attached to the frame one bolt is deeper in, also when looking at it it has a slight twist in the frame, I measured the base and frame and the left and right are off a bitidfle bar does sit in the middle either it is off about a quarter of an inch, there is a twisted nature to the part you lie on

    It works BUT
    There is no QAQC at all. I needed vaseline to slide the leg part into the table because the square tube on the table is actually 2 halfs of square tube that don't line up correctly. See pictures. Also, there is a black plastic piece in the end of the square tube for the legs that falls apart as soon as you pick it up. See pictures. Like a lot of others have mentioned, the height measurement is a joke. I am 5'7" and I need to use 6' for the table to return upright when I bring my arms back to my side from overhead. The instructions in Bilt are either wrong or my package was incomplete (which based on lack of QAQC is possible). The instructions talk about a velcro strap for the head pillow, no velcro in the box anywhere. After finally getting it all together and functioning properly, it works pretty good. I still have to figure where I want/need those little pressure points but it seems to do what I need it to do. Just wish there was some QAQC somewhere. Would have made assembly a TON easier.

    I first started using my Teeter on May 16, 2022. The reason I made the purchase was due to a diagnosis quite a few years ago of two bulging discs. I have lived with this condition relatively pain free until this year. I noticed quite a bit of pain running down my left leg and into my left ankle. At the recommendation of my chiropractor I thought I'd give the Teeter FitSpine X3 a try. After about three weeks of using it religiously, I noticed quite a bit of difference. I currently use it two or three times a day and although I am not 100% pain free, I am able to do anything I want and bend any way I want with little or no discomfort. Would I recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY!!!

    Seems well built, no change in back
    Product seems well made. Like the opportunity to freely hang upside down. Also like that i can do sit ups from inverted position. Almost used every day so far but have not noticed any improvement in my lower right back that has constant discomfort. Waiting for a ct scan in May to see what is causing the constant discomfort. If you are looking for an inversion table that is well made, i would recommend this model.

    Great table
    My wife thought I was getting just another contraption. She started to get sciatic pain and was going once again to get adjusted. I talked her into trying out the contraption, which she did. She felt better right away and the pain was completely gone by the next morning! She now thinks it was a great idea!

    If you are thinking about getting one, doit! Doit now! Doit a few times a day, feels like it is straightening my lower back out! So much relief. Better than popping a pain pill!

    Well worth it!
    It really has helped with my back pain in just a few short days! Assembly was very easy and I was able to get it assembled in 20 mins (read the manuals twice and get assistance with the lifting). The instructions for height adjustment didn't apply to me so I had to set it to an inch lower than my height in order to get the balance and movement I needed.

    I recently started a very physically demanding job. I've had hip issues for a few years now due to a slight difference in leg length. But at 55 years old, my back really began to take a beating. I've wanted an inversion table for quite some time and I am SO thankful I finally got one. No more hip pain; No back pain. My Teeter was the best purchase I've ever made for my physical health and well-being.

    A new lease on life.
    I have chronic ostearthritus in my thorasic and lumbar spine. At 67 I am now in a position to play golf 2-3 times per week. However, the pain made it unbearable and impossible to do so. The X3 has been a godsend. It has helped with my posture, reduced my pain level considerably, and given me hope that with time (I have only been using the X3 for three weeks) I will be back on the course.
