Bulky chair
A very large heavy chair as such difficult for average woman to assemble and move. Instructions lacking and very difficult to Adjust the various levers and positions. Box appeared to have been opened before. Parts Not secured in place with packing in box. One lever on chair was broken. Delivery was fast and Return pick up also fast. Returning chair for refund. Purchased from Walmart , a reliable outfit, who turned it over to another company, My Ofs. Innovation to process.
