Very comfortable chair
So far so good! . I ordered late on 4/12and was given a window for arrival of 4/17-4/22...it arrived in 4/14! It was easy to put together. Very comfortable chair!

Comfortable cushion, goodness ends there
I do not like this chair. The base is very soft. It's thick tempur-pedic foam, which is comfortable, but that's where the positives of this chair end. It doesn't go very low - I like my chair being almost ground level. Second, it sort of pushes you forward, even at the lightest setting for the back of the chair. I'm a 200 pound man, too. It should lean back easier. The seat doesn't tilt at all, either. Very minimal movement allowed. It's sturdy, but in a bad way. I don't have terrible back problems, but this exacerbates them for sure. I had this at a previous job, thought I liked it. Now I remember why I enjoyed having a standing desk there. Do not buy this chair unless you like sitting straight up all the time.

    Help with Back Tilt Adjustment please! Thanks
    Can someone tell me how to adjust the "Back Tilt Adjustment" please? The lever pulls out horizontally but then I cannot get the backrest to tilt. It doesn't seem to engage. (Seat Height Adjustent is fine). Mechanism Instructions call Back Tilt Adjustment "B". Currently it's in the stiff upright position. Will be able to give an updated review once I can make the back tilt work. Thanks for your help.

    Not comfortable
    Not comfortable. I am 5 feet 4 inches. My feet are dangling in the air. You cannot adjust the seat. I felt like I was slipping down while I sat on it. The level to adjust the back on the right side does not stay in the same position. I had to pull it out everytime I sat on it.

    Great Chair!!
    I had this chair at my old office, the company ordered it special for me and it was so comfy. Now that Im working from home, I wanted to be just as comfortable so I bought it. I am not in pain at the end of the day like I was with other chairs. This chair is so comfortable and the seat is perfect. It was very easy to put together and took less than 30 minutes.

    The instructions had a good diagram, but no instructions. I put it together myself (I am a 68 yr old female). It took a good effort, but I finished it unharmed (me and the chair!) It's very comfortable and can go low enough for my height (5'2"). The wheels work well to roll in any direction. I received it in one day through Walmart.

    Excellent Choice for Home Office
    What a relief! The seat cushion is formfitting and "forgiving" during long hours at my desk. I was so glad to be rid of my old chair's pressure points. After fiddling with the adjustments, the back offers the right combination of support and "give," too. The armrests are the perfect height for me -- I'm 5' 10". (They adjust for width but not height; if they don't fit, you could leave them off.) The seat swivels smoothly, and the casters glide effortlessly without damaging my wood floor. If you're quite petite or big and tall, or if you need lots of adjustments to satisfy a tricky back, this may not be your chair. For most people, though, it would be very comfortable. Attractive chair, well-made of sturdy plastic and mesh, textured fabric and Temperpedic foam. Good value and an excellent choice for my home office.

    This office chair is worth it!
    I'm so glad I got this office chair. I was initially looking for a cheaper chair, but believe me when I say that this chair is WORTH IT. It's so comfortable! I never want to get out of it. I've sat in a bunch of standard ergonomic mesh chairs before and this is hands down the best. I'm so glad I purchased it for my personal office, especially now that I'm working at home more thanks to the pandemic. Sometimes you just have to treat your butt to something good... and this is something good! The only thing that I wish was a tiny bit better were the directions on how to properly set up the chair, but it wasn't super awful. Just could have been better. Overall, if you're going back-and-forth on what new office chair to get - and this is one of the options that you're considering - just get this chair. You'll be happy you did!

    Great chair and superb value!!!
    The instructions were minimal and vague at best. This is however, one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever had. I had a Herman Miller chair in my office which probably cost around $1,000, but this chair is the equivalent or even better!!!

    Very, very comfortable desk chair
    Very, very comfortable desk chair -- especially if you're upgrading from a "regular" adjustable desk chair. My husband loves it. Puts no pressure on his sciatica. I've had one for about 2 years (it's the previous model) and the memory foam cushion is just as good as when it was new. We both prefer the chair without the arm rests. Obviously, you have the option to put them on or not. The instructions for adjusting the chair could be improved. But the chair is fantastic.
