These are beautiful glasses. They are very solid. They were purchased to go with the rest of the set. My daughter loves them. As far as the service, they arrived earlier than advertised and pick up was fast and easy. All around an excellent purchase and experience

Poor quality
The glass craftsmanship is poor quality. There are mold impression marks on the outside of most of the glasses.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/27/2022Getting Irritated...These are SO beautiful when you get ones that don't have flaws, but the quality control is the absolute worse I've seen in my life. I needed 16 total glasses for my intimate wedding dinner, so I ordered 4 cases of 4 thinking it would be done and over with, but I'm on my 6th exchange now!! So far I only have 8 glasses that actually look good, as for all the others I've encountered they have had large air bubbles, chips, sharp edges around the lip, weird horizontal and vertical slash lines in the sides of the glasses, deep breaks inside the glass that you can't feel on the outside but they can be seen clear as day, etc. This has nothing to do with shipping or packaging, both of which have been perfect every time. This has all to do with production. Unfortunately, I can't get the plum color in store or I would just pick out my own. The weird thing is I initially saw different colors of these glasses in store and they were excellent quality which is why I decided to order the plum color online to match my wedding colors. I will keep doing exchanges because these are so pretty and exactly what I want, but it's a time waste and doesn't make me want to buy other Rae Dunn items. It's also a huge resource waste for the company and the people who have to process these returns. I genuinely can't see how they can make any money on these. If I didn't really want these for my wedding I would have stopped trying a long time ago.Tiffany

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/18/2021Overall brand - huge issues with quality controli love pioneer woman items. i own peobably 700 dollars worth of items. but im continually baffled by quality control. ive purchased 3 other sets of this. all turquoise. yet this set says teal on box (is that turquoise now? because the website does not give teal as as an option and i ordered aquamarine. the pic shows the one on the left which is a green tint and is the newest order. the one on right is blue and its my previous 3 orders).KB

Not only is the color perfect but the glasses in design are perfect as well. My daughter even loves setting the table for supper and grabbing these cups out of the cabinet for everyone to use. Their color is a beautiful turquoise that matches our coastal theme. They are attractive, economical and hold a good amount of ice tea or water for serving with meals. Even though the color is a bit off for being vintage inspired, they're heavy and detailed enough to pass for legit by many. The lines are present from the pressing process but aren't too sharp so there's a "worn" feel which is nice...same with the matching pitcher. Very pleased. The price is unbeatable.
