Nice compact battery operated vacuum
The Tineco Pure One S11 Spartan Cordless Vacuum.....I see it as competing with the Dyson or Bissell brand vacuums in the same form factor. Its very sleek and a nice looking vacuum. The handheld part of the unit, which I took a photo of has attachments for it to make it a portable cordless battery operated vacuum. Very useful for taking it outside to vacuum my car! Then you can attach the long pole piece, and it becomes a lightweight push type vacuum. There are LED lights that light up the floor in front of you, and the part of the vacuum that contacts the floor does have a spinning brush for better cleaning. My unit came partially charged, verified that by just pulling the trigger and it showed where the batter level currently was. I went ahead and charged it to full before using. There is a wall hanging bracket/holder, and thats where the power cord for charging plugs into. Then you set the handheld end of the vacuum into it and it makes contact with the charger for charging. I just laid it flat with just the hand unit placed in it for initial charging. There is also a receptacle on the charging stand to insert just a standalone battery for charging. This vacuum connects over WiFi to the Tineco App (I installed it on an Android phone). Setup was fairly easy. The app walks you through the process. The only improvement with setup is that it tells you to turn off cellular data at a point if its not connecting to the vacuum. That is common for smart devices to get them connected to an app. I put the phone into airplane mode to get cell data off. But then had to manually turn WiFi back on. Then it connected. The App gives you battery level, and keeps track of the amount of time the vacuum has been used. It also has a feature to set up cleaning reminders. I guess that could be useful but not something I'll use. My phone is already running low on storage space so I'll probably delete once I've tried out the options. (who knows, maybe I'll find something useful in it!) I noticed some reviews on the Play Store about needing the app for firmware updates. Well, that must be for some other products, not this vacuum. I went to the firmware update option and it just said I had no connected devices that support firmware update. This vacuum is definitely a nicer more sleek one than my previous Hoover. I'll be using it more often too because its not so cumbersome as a large vacuum, getting it out of the closet etc etc.

Weak Suction, looks good, heavy motor
The product description mentions powerful suction, and I did not have that experience. I ran it over my laminated floors and Was file picking up dust and debris on max mode because the standard mode was super weak. I switched to the Carpet for a true test and it was just ok in terms of suction. I can't imagine it's sucking up dust etc from deep in the carpet with that level of suction. The motor is at the top and at times I switched hands or took a break from the weight bearing on my hand and forearm. I personally wasn't happy with it for what I was expecting for performance.

    Easy to use, Smart & powerful vacuum
    I really am liking this Tineco S11 Smart vacuum because I was a bit skeptical at first. It's really interesting to see how the app can read the vacuum and let you know of any blockages, run time, when to change filter, dirt detector, etc., so it's handy for reminders and figuring out what is going on should the device shut down. I have a similar type vacuum (Dyson), but this Tineco S11 is much better in regards to suction power, battery life, lower noise level, and the head lamp is a nice bonus. Our home has a combination of hardwood floors, ceramic tile, laminate, and carpet, and this vacuum worked well on all surfaces. There are several attachments, so this can used as a hand held device too for smaller spaces, furniture, etc. I love that this is cordless, so it's easy to move from room to room and it charges up quickly with the included charging station. The only thing I didn't like is that this one seems a bit heavier; the barrel and battery make this a bit top heavy for me, but not a deal breaker because it picks up a lot of dirt, hair, and whatever else. Cleaning the filter and barrel is about the same, no less hard/easy, so just a matter of getting it done. Overall, I'd highly recommend this powerful vacuum for the quality, power and ease of use. I received this Tineco S11 vacuum from the Sparks Reviewer program for my personal use and honest review.

    Great Vacuum
    I was a bit skeptical as I'd actually never heard of this brand before. I have several vacuums and generally have stuck with shark, or dyson. Out of the three this is my favorite stick vacuum. It works great at picking up little things and pet hair. We have a dog, 2 cats and an indoor rabbit. So hair is always a big issue. With recently laid new hard flooring and so you can imagine the tumble weeds of hair that accumulate. This is now my go to. My dyson stick clogged, a lot. This one doesn't appear to have those issues. The app is a fun touch. I can see my cleaning habits. I also love that the dock includes a storage spot for extra tools. The other brands don't offer this, so attachments just float around my house and generally get misplaced. Suction is awesome and I also Really love the light. It helps you see everything you need to get. Overall I will definitely keep tineco in mind for future vacuum purchases although I think this one will last quite a while. It's also very quiet. My 8 yr old commented on that as well. I really can't say enough good things about this vacuum.

    Compares Well To Dyson
    I was very excited to try out the Tineco Pure One S11 Cordless Smart Vacuum. I've had a Dyson V6 cordless for the past several years, which I recently gifted to my daughter, and I very much missed having a cordless stick. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Tineco, and there were several features that I honestly prefer over my previous Dyson. I found the suctions to be comparable, and I really liked the smart loop feature of the Tineco, which I really think leads to a longer battery life- in places where there was more dirt (I noticed specifically in the bottom of my pantry floor where I store my garbage can and the dog food bin), the vacuum cleaner increased suction on it's on, and then decreased when back on the hard wood of my kitchen floor where there wasn't as much dirt. The headlight feature is something I had no idea I was even missing with the Dyson- and now I never want to be without. Oh my goodness- I had absolutely no idea how many dust bunnies I was actually missing! Not only do I not even have to turn the light on in my closet to do a quick vacuum, but I can easily see under the bed and cabinets. The dustbin is bigger than the one on my prior vacuum, and the debris falls out a lot easier, too, without getting wound up around the filter. This vacuum comes with a handy app, which I did download and clicked around on, but honestly- I don't see myself using it. The storage hanger was easy to mount and the vacuum is spring loaded just like the Dyson and super easy to remove. The tools click right in to place. I like how the plug clicks firmly into the bottom of the mount, but I do wish there was an option to plug it directly into the vacuum itself as well, as you may not be handy or get to hanging the mount right away. I like the charging lights that let you know when it's charging. It self adjusted beautifully between my hardwoods and low-pile carpets and shag rugs. The only problem it had was the occasional problem with my medium-dense rugs, like the fake acrylic oriental- type. Sometimes it handled those like a champ, but sometimes it was kind of bumpy and wouldn't glide easily. That's the only reason for the subtracting of a star, otherwise this is an AMAZING vacuum with absolutely superior suction. One of the best I've used. I would highly recommend this one with no hesitation.

    Powerful Little Thing
    I received Tineco Pure One S11 Spartan Cordless Smart Vacuum in exchange for an honest review. First things first. I have not yet had a chance to download and investigate the app. I've really enjoyed this little machine. I have been using a shop-vac and an upright to clean my house. This little vacuum does the area rugs and hard floors well. My puppy like to bring in clumps of grass with dirt still attached to the roots. OK, she doesn't LIKE it, she does it like it's her JOB! There is ALWAYS dirt on one rug or another. This vacuum gets it up without complaint. I'm so very happy about that! You just don't know! Grab the vacuum off the charging dock, run over the dirt, put it back. Easy-Peasy. There's no dragging out the heavy upright. I have pros and cons: Pros It's lightweight, but powerful. Really sucks up everything I've thrown at it. It tells you when to clean the filter! I have paid attention, it is not set by time of use. It really knows when it needs cleaning. I like that. Everything is all in one spot, the charging dock has holders for the attachments. Did I mention that it's lightweight and easy to use? It even has a little switch you can flip to keep it turned on so aching fingers don't have to hold in the trigger switch. Genius!!!!! Attachments are very easy to put on, take off, switch, even for my gnarled fingers. It has a dust sensor on it that changes from a red to blue LED display as the area gets cleaner. That's awesome. The filter is washable. Score! There's a "Max Power" button for really ground-in dirt. Love this! Just tip the top of the battery into the charging dock it clicks right in there. It's easy! The floor attachment swivels to where you need it to, if space is an issue. I attached a pic of it hanging with the floor tool turned for you. Cons I've never cared for bagless cleaners. Doesn't make sense to me to spend time cleaning then have to get your hands in there to pull bits of dirt out of the cup, and send all that dust back into the air. This one is not different, there is a space at the top of the cup where stuff stays in unless you reach in and get it. I'm unhappy with the attachment situation. There are a few good places I can see to put attachment holders on the actual vacuum, you either have to wear big pockets (like a robe) or run back to the charging base every time you need to use the crevice tool or brush. This is a big sore spot with me. This is why I subtracted a star.

    Great Cordless Vacuum!
    For a lightweight cordless vacuum, I was very impressed. The corded upright vacuum cleaner that I already had seems to have slightly stronger suction, but this one is still very good when operating in the “auto” mode. In fact, it is probably better for my carpets because it still got them clean while being gentler. Stronger suction can be obtained by switching to the “max” mode. This vacuum is also much quieter than my other vacuum cleaner, at least while operating in the “auto” mode. It will automatically switch to maximum power if it senses heavier dirt, which save battery power. I could see how much dirt was being picked up by the color changing from blue to red on a digital display. Also, the clear dust bin shows what has been collected. I was able to vacuum our entire 3 bedroom home on a single charge and it still had power to spare. It took about 2 hours to fully charge after that usage. The dust bin was nearly full by the time I was finished, so it was sufficient for my use, but if you have a larger home or pets that shed, you would likely need to empty it more often. The vacuum can link to Wi-Fi, and Tineco offers a free app that can be downloaded and used. This is a feature that I would not have been looking for; however, I can see that it may be useful to have reminders to clean filters periodically. Because it performed so well and is much handier than my corded upright, I will be using this vacuum for my weekly cleaning in addition to quick cleanups in between. The only downside is the high price.

    The vacuum of my dreams!
    As a mom with two kids (a 3-year old and a 7-year old), I absolutely have to clean my place almost every day. With my old vacuum, cleaning felt like torture most of the time. It's old, heavy, and doesn't really pick up dirt well. Honestly, the Pure One S11 vacuum works wonders: it's lightweight, compact, and very easy to charge and move around. I love the fact that it has very powerful suction on carpet floors, and it also looks very sophisticated as well. This small gem comes with attachments that make it convenient to clean small areas, corners, carpets, and hardwood. It's amazingly quiet and comfortable to hold. The main body has a trigger lock that you only have to press once to keep the vacuum running. Using this vacuum won't hurt your wrist at all. I also love the multi-tasked power brush that comes with LED lights in front, which helps you see the dirt better in poorly lit areas. Tineco also has a smartphone app that you can use to connect the vacuum to your phone through WiFi, which you can use to keep track of your cleaning. The app is free to download and easy to use. One limitation of the Pure One S11 is that the battery lasts for about 40 minutes (on Auto) or 10 minutes (on Max). This could be an issue if you need to use the vacuum for extended periods of time. However, in my case, I can easily clean my entire apartment without recharging the battery. Overall, this vacuum is great and will make your life cleaning much easier!

    What an awesome concept for a vacuum. I love the multifunctional concept and how lightweight it is. The assembly was easy and straightforward. After charging it for a few hours, it was ready to go and was simple to tell when it was finished charging. The upright vacuum worked perfectly on rugs and hardwood floors and picked up debris very well. On the carpet however it didn't work that well at picking up debris. My favorite feature however is the handheld vacuum functionality which works extremely well. With the narrow attachment I was able to pick up dust from the crown moulding, couches and edges of the room. Although the waste container is small, it's plenty for my usage. It was easy to clean and empty the waste container. Plus the fact that it is cordless makes it easy to use without having to worry about a cord. Overall I really like this vacuum especially the compact, handheld feature.

    High Tech for Vacuuming the Home, Auto, RV.....
    I didn't believe I would ever use a vacuum cleaner connected to the internet, but that time has arrived! It allows one to pull daily cleaning reports, receive notifications of battery status & when a filter requires cleaning, and schedules a time each week for vacuuming. It also allows access to these functions in Alexa, although I was unable to locate the skill. The unit was relatively easy to assemble and install, though reading the instructions a second time was necessary. Additionally, it helped to review cleaning and maintenance info so future tasks could be understood. I recommend the unit for spot cleaning on carpets, flooring & upholstery, but reserving time-consuming, heavy duty vacuuming to dedicated AC powered products. Though the unit has a MAX mode for heavy duty suction, it's battery time is limited to 10 minutes, although additional batteries can be purchased to extend that time. The great news is that the Tineco Pure One S11 Spartan Cordless Smart Vacuum comes with both a printed instruction manual and quick start guide. And the easily downloaded app provides detailed videos for operating and maintenance functions. Filters can be economically rinsed or wiped off negating the need for frequent, expensive filter replacements. I only prefer that the optional pre-filter cleaning tool were a standard feature.
