This vacuum is amazing!
I vacuum my house a lot, I have a baby, toddler and teenager, two furry pups and a husband which leaves are floors pretty messy. I vacuum every morning and sometimes once or twice more! This vacuum is an absolute godsend, I can now easily clean up messes quicker and keep up with the mess so much better. The attachments are wonderful. The duster actually picks up dust, the handles are all of perfect size and the vacuum gives some epic suction. The filters are so nice as well and I love that it even includes a filter cleaner. The main vacuum actually cleans better than my current full size vacuum, I went over my carpet after vacuuming and it picked up even more! The smaller one works great on my stairs so I can keep those even cleaner now. The charging station is really cool as well and even looks nice, there a place for all the smaller attachments which is handy. It is so light too, my kids can easily use it!

Never buy it
Worst vaccum ever . This has no suction . I wish I could return it or get it replaced by company but I think this is not a good brand to acknowledge complaints

    Vac broke and Tineco won't return my emails
    I did like the vacuum; however, the stem that attaches the main unit/motor to all the attachments broke after 8 months of light-duty use. I registered the vacuum immediately after the purchase which covers the vacuum for two years. I went to the Tineco website to claim warranty service for my Tineco Pure One X Cordless Smart Vacuum as instructed, and included all requested documentation (multiple dated proof of purchase documents as well as multiple pictures of the broken area). After submitting the warranty form, I message appears on the screen that says "Thanks! We will contact you with 1 work day!" It has been an entire week, and I haven't heard anything at all from them! I have submitted it 3 different times just in case I uploaded the wrong format documents/pictures, yet I have not heard anything whatsoever from them! The last time they contacted me was after I registered the vacuum in December 2020. What do I have to do to get them to honor their 2 year warranty coverage that is clearly a manufacturer defect? Since they will not respond to my numerous attempts through their website, I am forced to go through their retailer where everyone can read how poor their customer service is!

    Best purchase I made in 2020
    First off I'll list off the cons so as to get them out of the way: You need to download the app to get the full capabilities of this vacuum (the app includes FAQ, Customer support, Manual suction control, the amount of dust you collected, battery life, and maintenance reminders), as well as their are times with the sensor inside gets dusty and needs to be cleaned (if your vacuum starts flashing red it's most likely the sensor is dusty), this is a vacuum that as well needs maintenance on a semi regular basis (such as cleaning the sensor, removing the hair, cleaning the dust bin, and removing the reusable filter and cleaning it with the provided tool). Now despite the few cons I love this vacuum. I have it for more than 2 months now and I use it on my tile floors and carpets almost daily. it makes quick work of all messes and because of the sensor it will automatically raise the suction power with more mess. Now if you want to raise the suction power manually you'll need to download and sync your vacuum. Now at first the light was a bit of a weird gimmick when I first saw it but I have to say it's one of my favorite things about this. It exposes everything on your floors and carpets, it's almost embarrassing that I couldn't see the dust on the edges on my carpet till the light exposed it. The crevice tool was very handy in handling the edge dust. You can tell despite the few attachments they were well thought out and I use all of them, not one is just sitting their collecting dust. And the noise level was so low I almost couldn't believe it, I thought that the suction wasn't strong but its amazing. The funny thing is the wheels are louder than the actual suction. And to manually up the suction on the app brings a whole other level of suction power great for cars. Overall I think this is a must have for me. I noticed significantly less dust than when I would broom and no more sweeping dust under the couch on accident as well! This paired with my shark steam mop and my floors have never looked better!

    So much better than Dyson!
    Ill be selling my dyson v6 cordless stick vacuum now, the pictures that I took are a few days after I vacuumed with the dyson - gross! I love how the Tineco has a light, continuous switch so you dont have to hold down the trigger, its so much more quiet than the dyson

    If you love clean floors JUST BUY THIS!
    I wish I had bought this sooner. Our home is all hard wood. I have several low pile rugs. I also have 3 cats. I love clean floors and can't stand crumbs or anything else getting on my feet. This is the best purchase I have made in along time, I absolutely love it and use it numerous times daily. No assembly required. Just click on what attachment you want to use. mounting the dock to the wall was easy. you will need an electric drill..You can charge without mounting by laying the mount on a table. Its super quiet. Its very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It has good suction. Its easy to clean the dustbin and filters. You don't have to have wifi or use the app. It functions without it. It really does hold a charge and last long enough for me to vacuum the entire 1400ft house. put in back on the base when done and it starts charging again. I really do love this vacuum.

    Versatile and space saver
    This vacuum is lightweight, compact, and easily to move around. it is easy to assemble together. It weighs less than expected and assembled in seconds. I gave it 3 hours to charge after I removed it from the box. When it is charging, there is a blue light that stay lit and blink, so you know it's charging. It will all go off when fully charged. The first time I used this vacuum, I was able to clean 2 rooms, 2 large area rugs and the sofa without ruining out of battery power. All the weight is in your hand, and it is easy to maneuver. It pulls a good amount of stuff out of my carpets and easily picks up stuff from corners. The power head swivels and easily slides under the furniture. The regular suction level picks up everything effortlessly and the MAX power level is good. I have not run the battery all the way down to empty yet, so I cannot tell how long it will run between charges. It completely disassembles for easy cleaning. Emptying the bin was a breeze and all of the filters are washable, so l rinse every part of the bin and filters after each use. This vacuum is well designed and the attachments slide with ease. It is super versatile compared to my old vacuum, and is a great space saver.

    This vacuum makes cleaning my house much easier!
    I received a complementary Tineco Pure One X as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program, in exchange for my honest opinion and review of the product. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was in excellent condition. I was so excited when I saw all of the features listed on the box! Upon opening the box, I quickly, and easily, assembled the vacuum and had my husband install the charging/storage unit on the wall. The unit came with about a half charge, enough to link it with the included app, but it definitely required charging before use. I left it on the charger for 4 more hours until my app showed me the unit had a full charge, at which point I unplugged the charger until I was ready to use it. We just vacuumed the house, and you can hear the motor pick up when you get to a dirtier area of the floor, be it carpeted or hardwood (yes, we tried it on both). It has a great suction, and picked up everything, including the masses of fur shed hy our 17 lb cat. The attachments were easy to change out, so it was extremely easy to clean not just our floors, but the furniture and curtains as well as the mini blinds! Both my husband and myself are extremely impressed with this versatile yet lightweight vacuum. Even I, with a torn rotator cuff, had no problem using it and carrying it in one hand. I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to my friends and family.

    Lightweight, powerful and versatile
    I am in love with this vacuum! Prior to this, I owned a canister upright vacuum, which was heavy and cumbersome. I had a difficult time getting that beast up and down the stairs. It also did not fit in areas like the small area behind the couch, but this stick vacuum is amazing. It is lightweight. I have carpal tunnel in my hands and it does not hurt to handle this vacuum. I actually was able to vacuum the steps without any significant pain. It is rechargeable, so no cord to contend with. It has several attachment heads door various jobs. I used the crevice tool to pick up some spices that I had spilled on my stove top because I am clumsy. I also like that it takes up very little space and I am able to store it in my tall kitchen cupboard. And I love the sleek design. Overall just love this vacuum.

    Great vacuum
    This vacuum sucks up so much and gets into small crevices. I love all the different tools that come with It. It's light weight and has different modes a power saving mode for just regular vacuuming and a higher suction mode for sensing a lot of dirt. My only complaint is that It doesn't stand up on its own and the charging port basically needs to be mounted for the vacuum to stand up and charge. I've just been taking the charging port off the vacuum and laying It in the port on the floor. It also turns into a mini vacuum which is super cool and my favorite tool is the crevice to get into those corners. You can wash the filter which is a great feature also! It's also a smart device which isn't important to a lot of people but it's cool to me. They have multiple tools so the vacuum can do and turn into multiple things. I definitely recommend if you are looking for something that can do different functions. I have to use a vacuum everyday because of my dark floors so I appreciate the value and product!
