Horrible, horrible, horrible!
I usually wear either an 8-1/2 or a 9, depending on how much I think the shoes will stretch. I ordered a 9 - and they were absolutely HUGE, so I ordered an 8-1/2 for comparison. The 8-1/2 pair was just as huge, so both pairs are going back. Where is the quality control, folks??? This is NOT what I expected from Toms.

    The shoe was for MEN, as noted in small/pale font--and NOT RETURNABLE UNUSABLE FOR MY WIFE If you sell women's & men's shoes--EMPHASIZE what someone is looking at!

    Too small but nice shoe
    Shoe runs very small. I wear size 10 (sometimes even 9.5) and I chose size 10 and it was so small I couldn't even fit my foot inside. Like it was a size 8 or something. Crazy. I guess next time I'll order an 11 from here.

    Love my new Tom shoes
    Great shoe with fast shipping. Got the item much earlier than expected which was awesome because I was hoping to get the shoes before a trip. They are very comfortable!
