Purchased this reconditioned Dvd recorder, seems to be working fine easy set up and picture Quality is great, can't give 5 stars because was used, but overall a good buy.

Very disappointed!
Can't get anything shipped to my house without damage. Why don't you try using ups or uses. They have respect respect for their jobs. Dissatisfied i can't talk to anyone. Can't get return label to print.
