Smooth cool looking little package. Great for basic needs. Phone, text, calculater, notes, calander and maybe more. That's just how I use it. I dont use it for internet. I had to once and it worked fine. I believe I've had it for about a year and have had no problems. I'm very happy with mine.

You pay for what you get
I purchased this phone for my elderly momma. The box on the outside that should show the same thing when you open the phone does not work. It looks like a messed up tv screen.

    I I am very happy with my new phone. It is identical to my previous phone. It has all of the features as my last phone. This phone is familiar to me. I am very comfortable with it.

    Dont buy refurbished
    Broke right away .. Second refurbished phone I have purchased that didnt work. I would not buy refurbished from this company

    Not so good!
    This phone has several issues. First, it is not intuitive to use. I'm fairly phone savvy, but setting this up for my mom required looking up directions for some of the basic things. Next, the volume even on high is not loud enough for a senior to hear. Also the phone feels rather flimsy and plastic-y.
