Great iPhones for my wife and me
These were new iPhones, which I had expected but for the price wasn't entirely sure. They only had black color left, we would had love to have had color ones instead but at $299.99 during valentines week, popular is popular. Nearly a month later And we are still happy. My wife is coming from a android only and has a few small things to learn, where I've jumped back and forth for the last few years. There are things I like and dislike about both mobileOS. None of which play any bearing on the review of these iPhones 11's. Battery last all day on a single charge. Unless like me on Sundays, I wake up and lay in the bed for a couple of hours looking things up, watching plenty of YouTube videos, read articles and piddle on quick games… which does seem to hit the battery a bit harder then most upper end Android phones do. 2hrs off non stop mix games, videos and such and my battery will drop to 82%. But still under normal use the rest of the day I still will go to bed with about 45+% power left which is still awesome. Note: even with the iPhone 13 & 12 out, the apple store still sales the iPhone 11, 11plus& 11pro too.

Total by Verizon is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH VERIZON! They are a completely different company that uses verizon towers. Now to try to return this phone that is not usable for our plan.

    Love it!
    I love it! I bought it as a work phone and I'm completely satisfied with it. I'm a over night stocker so I have to scan alot with my phone. And the iPhone 11 makes it 100% easier, it's super smooth even with tons of apps running in the background. Super amazing battery life. Like this is a deal!

    HORRIBLE Company
    I bought this phone for my daughters birthday. Fastforward a few months and i decided to get her data. There are no verizon towers near us let alone total towers. Husband and I have Att. Stopped in there today an i get a line for free. Just had to insert the sim card in this phone. Once i did i learned its locked to only total wireless . Total wants over $300 to unlock the phone. ? Do not buy from this company!!!

    I tried to return unused only days after opening and was told I had to call customer support in order to return the phone. I called customer support was on hold for quite a while and was then told they would be sending me a shipping label in my email so I could ship it back for refund. I never received said label and called three more times with the same result. I'm now stuck with a $200 phone that I cannot use cell or return.

    Totally Not Activated
    Purchased 1st iphone 11 on March 2, 23. Took 2 days and 4 calls to Total Wireless to activate. Screen failed in a week. March 23 the replacement iphone 11 arrived. After 3 days and 8 hours on phone with Total Wireless, 2nd iphone 11 still not activated. Returning it today.

    Do not buy this phone if you have to transfer number from another carrier neither company(transferring from Verizon, you think it would be the same company but it's not) knows how to transfer and I can't even get a refund

    Best bang for your buck if you want an iPhone!
    The value per dollar is what's really impressive with Total Wireless and the iPhone 11. At time of purchase, this iPhone 11 was $299, which is the same price as their offering of the iPhone Xr. So, for the same price, you can opt for a newer model with a faster processor and better camera setup. It's a no-brainer if you're looking for an older model iPhone at an affordable price.

    After using an old Samsung a10e for the past 4ish years I've finally decided to upgrade. Before, I had an iPhone X and decided I'd like to go back to Apple as Samsung started getting too expensive for me, so I got this phone at an affordable deal. It was around $300 including the case. 10/10 would recommend as the camera quality is much better and I went from having 16 GB of storage to 64 GB! Big improvement, thanks again

    Good phone. Easy order and fast shipping. With that said. Total wireless force you to purchase air time a plan with the phone that you never get to use. I have purchased about 5 phones and a plan for $35 and it always the same story. They can't find it they don't know what I'm talking about and they keep my money. So frustrating. It's stealing is what it is. A customer shouldn't have to buy a plain with the phone. If he already has a plan that has not yet expired.

    My new phone
    Not sure how comfortable I feel with the face recognization. The phone definitely is faster in speed. But I do miss my old phone. I am an old person and I do not recommend someone going from a lesser version right up to this phone. I think you really have to be skilled with a cell phone. I do not notice any difference in the pictures between this phone and my iPhone 6
