I have an account for my old cell phone. I ordered this one not knowing there was an automatic monthly payment. I had no idea until a family member told me that I could not use this one as I had planned. I had to do monthly payment; I cannot afford additonal monthly payments of any kind. I feel this plan should have been noted on the ad.

    Great experience all around from being able to place the order for what I wanted quickly and easily to the items coming before the original shipping date provided which was already pretty quick after ordering! The items came in great condition and are perfect for a Christmas gift for my boys as they have wanted iPhones for so long. Great option to get a newer gen iPhone without having to be on a contract or spend a ton of $$$$.

    PERFECT
    PERFECT ~ I had the iphone xr and i eventually got tired of the big screen and i just kinda wanted something more slim and compact and i decided to get this and i do not regret it at all. i'm 21 years old and this phone is perfect for everything i need. the phone is fast, literally so simple to set up and transfer data. i couldn't have asked for anything easier.

    Great little phone
    I prefer iPhones to Android. The fact that this upgraded version of the Special Edition kept a smaller size and the home button, I was already onboard. Add to that, it has the latest operating chip. Youre future proofing this phone for at least 5-6 years. So far after a year of use, it still operates like day one is amazing.

    Love it! I have had an iPhone 7 since it came out and it was time to up grade. This is a iPhone 11 but in a iPhone 7 size with more features and storage. I couldnt be happier. Set up was easy.
