LG Stylo 5 smartphone
Bought a replacement for the original Stylo 5 I purchased from Walmart a couple years ago. Glad you still have access to this model being LG is no longer in the mobile phone business.

Can't save to sd card, I have had the LG Stylo for years through a different carrier and have been able to storea lot on my sd card. I bought this after research that said I could move to SD but when I received the phone I was unable to do so. I am in the process of returning this device and decided to go with a different carrier.

    Love this LG
So far I am loving this phone. It's a perfect size for me, charges quickly, holds the charge all day and I've had no issues or frustrations with it. If you're on a budget I don't think you can beat this phone. I also love having the stylus.

    my "can't live without" phone
You have comfort food this is my comfort phone. The LG Stylo is merely a comfortable phone for me and a lot of people to use. I am morethan LESS than happy to novel that LG has chosen to discontinue this Tyler series at 7 at least hopefully we will have time to acquire a few of the six and sevens before they do go Absol eat in our ever-increasing technological dinosaur of world. Cell phone become trash two days after they're made because something much better was designed 6 months before that. However with the LG Stylo it's a comfort product even though each one changes slightly it has been consistent yes there are flaws and yes sometimes they died in a dramatic way a very dramatic way. And yes they seem to die in a very similar way when you start talking to others who have had them perhaps that is why they discontinued them. But these little reliable things they seem to be the perfect white perfect eyes perfect amount of control. When my first Stylo died two months ago I went to a "*otorola"- twice(on 2 different of tge same exact make/model) the screen went out it. Lines glitches screwball ghost icons.. Multiple times during the waiting for the Stylo to come as a replacement. I despise any telephone that comes pre-loaded with what I like to term nuisance software used to set a phone apart. And trust me the software that makes the Stylo different is not nuisance you can turn it on if you want to or not it's not forced to find you like other brands where you have to dig, and dig, and dig, to find controls to turn something off because the maker wants to force you to use their unique product offerings. Personally the LG Stylo is one of the rare things in life that warrants buying up two of each of the latest version if you possibly can. Then just stick them back so you will have it just in case something happens to the current one. And then you cross your fingers and hope that the attack will work with the telephone services and the companies providing those services for the next 4 years to come. Maybe by then these nameless mindless entities will create something that is as user-friendly again as Stylo is.

    Nice Phone- Slow Service
Second time with this model. Nice phone, easy to use. However, the service section of Total Wireless was not forthcoming with important information. I had to wait an extra (3) days to get my service back because of a technicality of which I was never informed.

I had a Stylo 3 and liked it very much. I decided to upgrade to the 5. It wasn't compatable with my old cell company so I went with the Walmart Phone Company

    Very Nice Phone I think.
I purchased this LG Stylo 5 phone to replace my almost 4-year-old Total Wireless phone. I have to say for me, it works wonderfully, it's plenty fast and runs the few little apps I use just fine. I'm not a big Cell phone user by choice, but I have been in electronics for 30 years. This phone has a very nice screen. The colors are nice, vivid and sharp. The text is easy to read, and the phone has functions that are very handy. The data is 4G, but it really seems fast, and I feel like it has a good circuit inside for handling the Data side. Videos are nice and smooth. In almost 4 years as a Total Wireless customer, I have been VERY satisfied with their service and coverage. I have only had one problem in all that time, and it wasn't Totals fault. The local tower had an issue and my data and phone wouldn't connect, but the WI/FI would work. I didn't know until I called them. I was back up in less than 15 minutes. The WI/FI works good on this model. It's stable, and you can set quite a few options for handling WI/FI signals. The sound is pretty good on the Stylo 5. It's a small speaker, so don't expect great sound. But the voice on a call is clear and easy to understand. This phone has a standard headphone jack, so you can use wired headphones if you would like to. Headphones, whether wired or Bluetooth sound great. The phone has an Equalizer setting in the sound setting option. Bottom line, I'm very satisfied with this LG, and it gives me everything I need. Now, like most everything today, there are a few things that may be an issue depending on your use. 1) The memory could be more. It's 32 GB, but the OS takes up half, so you only have about 16 GB to use. I put a 256 GB high speed SD card in mine to save all my pictures, files such as e-books, PDFs, MP3 music, and video recordings or any video files to. That frees up the phone and keeps it fast. 2) The phone is light and slick, so it's very easy to drop. I purchased, and I recommend a good case that will give you a solid hold on it. 3) The camera is good, and for me takes great clear pictures I'm fine with it. But, it's only a single lens and not the multi lens like your seeing today on other models. So, if that's an issue for you, this phone may not be a good choice. I also use an app called All-In-One cleaner to keep my phone clean and shut down any app that doesn't need to run in the background down. It does a good job keeping it running as smooth as possible. So, would I recommend this phone? The answer is yes. But depending on the kind of user one is with their phone, some of the things I mentioned may be an issue. But as far as value, style, quality and ease of use. I'm very happy with it. I have no buyers remorse and would buy it again.

    Awesomest phone ever!
This is the coolest phone it has alot of different features that most phones ive had dis not have. I like how I can use the styles to take notes and send send notes I take. Ive bought it 2 times because I accidently broke the first one and was so upset I went and got another one. Its a great phone and a great price. I do wish there were more colors for it because all ive seen for total wirelesses service with this phone is black.. But I love it and highly recommend it.
