Love this little phone.
I switched to this Alcatel from an Alcatel Smartphone. I much prefer the simplicity of a flip phone so after a two year hiatus I have returned to one. I was worried after buying it online that it was going to be too large. I am thrilled to report it is even smaller than the last flip phone I owned. You can see for yourself how much smaller it is than the smartphone from the picture I attached. It was simple to move my phone number to the new phone and the port was complete within 15 minutes. The call quality is better than my previous phone and sounds as good as a landline. I was surprised to see it has wifi. I don't need it and will never use it but I guess it is good to have onboard. Also, the speaker phone is loud and clear. That is a big plus because I still wonder about the health risks of having this thing against my ear. Anyhow, I love this phone and I am betting you will love it too.

I would not buy again
I wanted a simple phone and this one does fit my need, but I did not need two of them. When my carrier turned off all their old phones, I needed something fast, so I ordered this one, but I would prefer to have the option of buying just one. It is supposed to be simple, but came with no instructions, so very frustrating to make a simple call. If you are looking for a simple phone, especially if needed for a senior, this phone will not work. I will donate these phones. I have run out of patience

It has a few extra features that do work but are a little convoluted in their execution like texting. Basically if you are just looking for a cellphone to make and receive plain old phone calls this is the phone for you. If you are looking for a smartphone to use as basically a netbook then this is not for you. Bottom line is it is an adequate device for what it's primary purpose is......to make and receive cellphone calls.Empire
