Great phone, for a awesome price !
My wife picked this phone out for me, she wanted me to have a better phone, than the flip phone I had, I'm super happy she did ! It gets service, while I'm in the store and I can talk and hear without any problems ! I highly recommend it, and it won't break you, lol, very good price, for a great phone !

Nightmare
The transfer process was a total nightmare. I spent hours on it and they cheated me out of 425 minutes. The new phone doesn't work as well as my old flip phone which they made me replace.

    Some people complained about this phone but I must say I think that it's great. It does everything the other expensive phones do and without a contract. I generally charge it about every 3-4 days but I'm not a person on the phone day and night like some. It does seem a little large coming from an old android but you just have to get used to it. All in all I think it's a good buy.

    I purchased this phone for my soon to be 5 yo niece for her birthday. I was able to find a pop it unicorn phone case for it and set it up with ease. Google allowed me to set up a child email and have her mom control it. So she can't download anything w/o my sister in laws approval. I think this will be perfect for someone her age. She like other toddlers/kids will ignore calls on others phones if she is using it and now we don't have to worry about that.

    I Already Knew it Was a Good Phone1
    I bought this phone for my service with Safelink. I was with another company, but they kept sending me bad and off brand phones. I already had a Samsung Galaxy A01 smartphone with Tracfone as my backup phone, so when I discovered that I could purchase the same phone with Safelink, I jumped on board! This Galaxy phone is sturdy and reliable.

    Nice Upgrade
    Phone is nice. A little bigger than my previous, but still doable. It has a few changes, but nothing that I can't learn to change my thinking, so to speak. Over all I like it, my only disappointment is that the ringtone are almost the same, and hard to separate one from the other. My other phone had a good variety and very different. I give certain people a special ringtone so I know who is contacting me. I know I can download ringtones, but the one time I tried it didn't work, but haven't had time to try again.

    Does the job for a lot less money
    We think this phone is great for the price paid. It has everything we need. We are very senior citizens and had no trouble transferring information from our old phone to the new as well as keeping our old phone number. We are very happy with TracPhone service also. The phone is light and size is great. It fit into my old cover just fine.

    New Phone
    At first, we were not sure about getting this Samsung Galaxy A01, because we are 80 + years old, and are used to our phones making calls and receiving them. Nothing more. So the thought of having to learn about this new fangled gaget, we were anxious, wondering if we were biting off more than we could chew. But it seems Catherine got used to it rather quickly. AND now she likes it very much.
