Very similar in appearance with replaced clock. Added hidden storage area (I don't know how 'safe' it is) is like an additional mini-me medicine cabinet. Can understand batteries not included - one AA, but needs three screws to secure to wall - also not included. Simple enough, since clock serves as template.

    Opened twice and it broke!
    This clock is a cheaply made item. I opened the door on it twice and it broke and it wasn't even the hinge that broke! I was so disappointed. It looked like a neat item.

    Very nice
    Mine came with no name, just a small Quartz (English) text above the # 6. It does make a small audible 'click'. second hand is typical digital (jumps per second, not sweep). Mounting: Has 3 holes that allow for up-lift to remove. #6 wood screw is ideal. The 10.5" size would permit a person to cut a circular hole in drywall to hid the plastic depth of the storage area between wall studs. @ < $15 at the time of this review, Walmart is the lowest price on earth (eBay was $20) and very fast shipping. I bought multiple units to see different time zones at a glance... it was easy to sync them down to the second with the single AA battery (not supplied).

    It was a bargain for the price!
    I bought this to use when I move. I have not used it yet, but I did check it with batteries and it is fairly quiet, in that respect. A previous reviewer had a concern that the latch might not be strong enough, so I went to the hardware store and bought a small magnet set, and will attach it to the safe door, when I am ready to display it.

    Great product
    I saw this clock/safe online at another store and it was twice as much as Walmart. I almost bought it, but by accident I stumbled upon it at Walmart. It was the exact same clock and everything, plus.... I didn't have to pay shipping!

    No lock on the safe.
    I am not comfortable putting valuables in something out in the open. The safe may be hidden behind a clock. But it still could be compromised and easily opened.
