Walmart Hide n Seek 2020 Champ. Edition Megatron
This is one of the better non-masterpiece Megatron figures released in recent years with an amazing paint job. What's more amazing is being one of the small percentage of customers that actually finds it on the shelf. This figure, like nearly all other Transformers toys in demand, is immediately scooped up by scalpers and resellers, so if you go to Walmart expecting to buy it, keep your expectations low. It's more than likely that all that will meet your eye are empty peg hooks and bare shelves.

Great looking Megatron figure
My son has recently gotten into Transformers, since watching some episodes of the Generation One (G1) cartoon. Trying to find a Megatron that is in stock from the War for Cybertron line has been hard, so I jumped at the chance to purchase this when it became available. It will be a Xmas present. This Megatron has colors that pop. It has a paint job that has cell shading on it to give the figure more of an appearance like it is out of the cartoon (G1). Packaging was nice and the item arrived in good condition. Item is what was advertised (looks like the picture and description on website matched what I received). It also arrived in about 1.5 weeks after placing the order. Note that Walmart ships things using FedEx a lot and FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes.
Since it is a Xmas present and won't be opened for several months I cannot speak to the difficulty or ease of transforming from robot to vehicle mode or the quality of the figure other than visual appearance. (how posable is it and how long until it might break). Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I took a star off because I don't think the "cell shading" paint job quite works as it just looks like some questionable camo to me. Also a couple steps in the transforming process are a bit too tight. They make a very loud snapping sound which made me think I broke it at first.Braden

However this is also the best Megs to order the filler and leg extender kit for. these add on kits will bring him close to MP level.Baddogdaddys

By applying the Generation 1 color scheme on a 21st century update of his alt mode was Amazing. Megatron looks as though stepped straight out of the Transformers: Devastation video game. The cel animation is better looking the Siege smudge that the whole line had to deal with. The Lord of the Decepticons alt mode looks so clean as well.Kellen
