after having this, for a hear, the speakers have blown out and started to crackle. It has nothing to do with the battery. nothing punctured it or damaged it it is always hung up and out of the way.

    This is a refurbished product even tho it isn't listed as one. The box was previously opened and You can tell this headset has been worn before there is still dirt on it. Also the power button was broken when I opened the box.
