I love this little device. Couldn't figure out how to use it so had to you tube it. But after I figured it out, it works perfect!

    Works great, need to use
    Works great, need to use reguarly as it is basically just tweezing so hair grows back quick- but you don't need to look in a mirror to do it (ie facial/chin/mustache) so convenient

    Yup, it works!
    For reference, I have soft peach fuzzy hair - and this thing left my whole face super smooth. Even along my hairline - sideburn-ish area. Now, it does take some practice, but it's really simple after getting the hang of it. I suggest watching how-to/tips videos on YouTube beforehand.

    don't do it
    sorry to rate one star, but the tiny tweezers don't grip like the std good quality Tweezerman's, and the facial pliers are a joke.

    disappointing product
    I saw lot of videos of people using this and it seemed to work on there, but it really doesn't do anything a regular tweezer won't do. It's not some miracle product. It doesn't hurt but also only takes out 1 or 2 at a time.

    My favorite hair removal device!
    i was hesitant in trying this because it can look a little scary but man, does this baby work. It cleared up my lip hairs so quickly and easily and left it very smooth. no irriation at all!

    Disappointed at viability and difficulty in placeent.
    It probably works for an extremely patient person, but I found it difficult to maneuver and felt few hairs being pulled. For that reason, I have returned the item.

    Works great. My friend had one and I just had to have one. Wal-Mart doesn't carry it in their stores, that was my problem. Target does. I hated to order it on line.
