Very Happy customer
I Loved My New Fireplace T.V Stand. And It Was Actually Easier To Put Together Then We Thaught. It Makes Our Home Look Nice And Cozy For The Holiday And It Is Made Of Good Quality Wood. Not That Ole Cheap Partical Board Stuff. And The Price. You Can’t Beat The Price.

Be careful on Walmarts marketplace!
This was my worst purchase! This took way longer than it should have, when it finally came 2 months late it was not this, but instead a dollar paintbrush! Then I had to wait almost to more months for this issue to be resolved to get my funds back!

    Not bad but had some dings upon arrival.
    Arrived damaged. Still nice. Just bummed I paid for damaged goods. Easy to install. Tip: it's Rocks or log tho you can manage to fit both with only using some rocks.

    So worth it
    Quality was so much better than I expected it is actually made of wood not particle board. The box was very heavy to carry inside needs 2 people. Assembled it quickly and easily the directions are clear and each step is labeled with corresponding parts

    Manufacturer warranty non existent, arrived broken
    I received this item and noticed during assembly one part was cracked. I thought no big deal and would reach out to the manufacturer of the item and Walmart to get the 1 piece that was broken and change it out once I receive it. It’s been over a month and no follow up from the manufacturer. Walmart can give me a refund, but only if I disassemble the piece and package it up. I just wanted the 1 broken piece to be replaced and apparently that was too much.

    Great for added warmth to our living room. Nice look and hides many tv electronics. Nice for smaller living spaces, not overpowering. Nice for what I paid. There is only on and off switches, no adjustments on fan speed or heat. But perfect for how we are using, and our cat likes it. :) Photos added to demonstrate size and look.

    Just terrible product. Poor made with not good quality material. The worst part a couple pieces broke and other areas of the board are broken….so much issues. Don’t if it’s already broken or during delivery. I’m very disappointed. I don’t have a truck to take this tv stand back to return. What can I do? I have Attached some photos.

    Absolutely Perfect!
    Me and my husband have never been happier with an entertainment center. It looks expensive and is made out of nice materials. The instructions aren't great when you get to the part about the fire inserts. They crystals and logs are interchangeable so don't spend 20 min like us trying to fit both in, we felt idiotic. It puts out some heat though, I got it for the look with the add on of some heat but it completely warms up our room!

    I LOVE this fireplace/tv stand. Another review said it looks better in-home/in-person, and I do agree with this! The online pictures don’t do it justice. This was very easy to put together. All together it took less than 45 minutes to an hour at most. The only thing that was a little wonky and confusing was the fireplace bar/insert. We ended up completely leaving out the black bar and only set the log insert, with a few jewels placed on top of it. Buy this!!!
