Highly recommend !!
I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who has occasional issues with sleeping and and night discomfort. Whenever I use these, I never feel drowsy during the morning and they assist me in maintaining a deeper and longer sleep. Just make sure to take them early so that you get at least 6-8 hours of sleep.

A waste of time, but this is not going away!
Paid over $23 for Tylenol! You have my money, where's my Tylenol? All I get is lip service, and that's all I can expect, I dumped Amazon for the same practices! Next is the BBB! This is not going away!

    Helps me sleep
    This does a great job of helping me get to sleep fast. It also helps with some of my pain. When pain is keeping me awake, I take this and I get a good night's sleep without waking up groggy.

    Works great for me so far!
    I've taken different kinds of sleep aids, Melatonin etc but they didn't work. I'm senior age now. First time I tried Tylenol pm, I slept through the night. God wakes me up if I have to use the bathroom through the night, greatful for that. Regular Tylenol does nothing for me when I have pain, so I use another pain killer. But when I can't sleep through the night, I use Tylenol PM %26 it puts me to sleep %26 stops the pain. I Don't take them when I have to go to my job because I get up 3-4 a.m. and I will wake up late %26 my body takes a break from taking them also. Be careful and don't over take them, they could be habit forming. Over all it works for me!

    Product is effective in helping relieve pain but s
    I've taken this product a few times with a recent injury and it has helped relieve my pain some but haven't noticed a difference in sleep. Would recommend if you like normal Tylenol!
