Nice portable AC
This AC works perfectly for my room when it quickly cool down the air. It just took me 15 minutes to assemble when the manual instruction is informative. Also, it can be used during the night since its running very quiet! There are multiple modes that can be adjusted that fit in different air conditions. Highly recommended!

Works okay but has some other issues
Works well but a little noisy. The hose is short and from where my window is situated, I cannot move the unit very far. Also I wish the fan settings had a lower speed. Even on the lowest setting option it blows really hard. It cools my room to sleep at night, but definitely is not powerful enough to cool any other areas of my home.

Deciding factors were other reviews and ratings, the cooling area (400 sq ft), price, and free delivery. Had it for one week so far and works really well in our small two bed one bath unit. Total square footage is about 900, but the cooling area is about 500. Not too loud especially at night when sleeping. The single hose has to be vented to the outside and the plastic window seal extends perfectly to our four foot high side sliding window. Packaging withstood shipping and the wheel casters are already assembled when unpackaged. Simply out of the box and ready to be turned on. Manufacturer highly recommends leaving unit upright for 24 hours before powering unit on for first time. Remote is simple and easy to operate. The unit can be operated via WiFi, but I have not tried it yet. Under $400 with tax and free delivery is a great buy.RayL

It cools the room super fast even in the South America summer it is easy to clean the filter and remember to clean the filter in every 1-2months. I love the remote since it allows me to adjust the temperature after the kids have gone to sleep without having to walk across their room, very convenient! Since you bought this air conditioner last month, it really can save money for you!joyce

Love the app (Make sure you are using 2G WiFi when connecting to AC) and at a very good price. The only downside was that the back of the unit get really Hot motor runs hard, with that being said I did a dB test room average 49 that's the equivalence of a quiet room. Overall I really enjoy and happy and satisfy with the price.Mando

I don't need to use the centralize ac when I am working in one room for the whole day thus reducing the electricity cost. It has wheel to move it around. Makes is convenient. Keep it close to window. Inital setup is easy. I have to cut window sealing plate according to my window size. You can use a sharp blade or kniekf to cut. The hose setup is pretty easy to follow based on instruction. Ensure the hose lenth is minimum from window. The hose gets hot when the ac is working (cooling is happening not when only fan is running). I wraped the hose with a insulation material to reduce that heat dissipation. Wifi and app setup is esay too. Although I prefer using the control on the unit itself. It is powerful. Takes around 10 mins to cool my room of around 15*15 size. Swing operation (air flow) is cool as it moves the air in different direction It is not as quiet as hoping for but have seen the louder ones. It is more loud when the ac is runnig and quiet down once only fan is operating. The ac stop as soon as the set temp is reached. So far no issues and its worth the price. Hoping to recover the cost by saving on power bills.tanya

This unit seems weaker than 12,000 btu. Maybe it has to do with out being portable? If youre buying it for just a small bedroom it works great- any more then that. I would recommend another additional unit. Still a great portable AC - but the Parts to connect to the window are too big if you use both parts and two small if you use just one. So you have to rig something up if you cant cut it Not many people have something that will effectively cut through thick plastic without cracking it. I use the smaller piece and then stuffed a towel in there and taped it up. I like that you can use either the remote or app on your phone to run it. I have learned it doesnt matter how many BTUs it says it has, you have look at how many square footage it says its good for.Gretchen

I bought this product because I wanted to cool my room individually rather than running the air conditioning system all over the house. First, this product can work with Alex and Google Home. This is because the product can be controlled by a mobile phone. Everyone knows how annoying it is to lie down in bed to turn the product on or off again. It's cool enough to keep my room cool, and it's comparable, and I haven't used it yet, but I also like the heater and dehumidifier functions, so I like it because it can be used in various seasons. The design is not clunky, and it's good to have a white tone that goes well with any surroundings.Youngguk
