Unexpectedly great
Plum is not a well-known brand but I love this phone. Impossible to kill the battery in one day. It is fully working for me on Mint Mobile including Wi-Fi calling (once I entered my emergency address). NFC is working with Google Pay. It has a few quirks with the interface but most of that can be remedied by downloading another launcher.

Don't lie to me.
This phone is not volte. Doesn't work on net10 or mint. We bought this phones because the site said it would work. It worked with net10 for a couple of days. Then my service was interrupted many times after, until it would not make or receive calls. Then we went to mint mobile and could not get it to work with the new signals.

    Not VoLTE
Plum box id's as 4G VoLTE. My carrier says Plum Gator 7 is NOT VoLTE. It worked from early Feb to Mid March but no longer completes calls, phone hangs up, dose not ring through. When I look at Setting/About Phone on screen says 4G only. Hoping WalMart will honor a return. Meanwhile I have a cheap pocket computer and PLUM no longer phone support.

DON"T BE FOOLED! Only works with T-Mobile SIM
This phone is ONLY compatible with T-Mobile SIM cards. It will not work for any carrier without a T-Mobile card. Do not be fooled by the unlocked claim and that it will work with any carrier. If I wasn't under a time crunch of carrier upgrades, I would return this phone as falsely advertised. If you have a T-Mobile SIM, you are gold. Otherwise, be prepared for a nightmare!

An incredible phone, more than worth the money.
There isn't too much NOT to like about this phone. It's a little heavier (0.5 lbs) than what I'm used to, but that soon became a non-issue. I love its rugged features and I'm still discovering new things that I didn't have on my old phone -- like nfc and two cameras. (Some reviews state it doesn't have nfc, but my phone indicates that it does.) I like the dual SIM feature --it is a nano SIM, dual stand-by, but that suits me fine. I bought the phone because I needed to purchase a new phone that had at least 4G VoLTE ability -- which this one has. I doubt that I should need more memory, but if I did, I would simply replace one of the SIMs with a micro-SD card. If you get the chance, watch a video by someone who really tests the durability of this phone. You see him run over the phone with a truck, throw it like a baseball and drop it in water. Amazing! Clearly this isn't a high-end phone that costs upwards of $700. It costs a little under $120. But it does things that I need and it clearly has things that I don't know I need (yet!) I should also say something about Walmart. I elected to have Walmart deliver this phone to my home address. It was delivered right on time despite the order being placed in the middle of the Christmas rush. Thank you, Walmart!
