Horrible
I researched monitors and this one was given a 5 so I went with this one. Well, every time I have ever tried to use it, it looses signal and the screen comes and goes...and I am sitting in the next room so it's not that I am out of range. I have given this item 5 weeks and I am not getting an better results. It is going back. Don't waste your money.

    no longer works. Bought in the end of september. Currently January 28th and stopped working 2 days ago. it will not charge at all. Tried a different charger and still nothing. Love the look of the camera but very disappointed in it.

    Just okay
    I like the monitor and cameras themselves but we have gone through 3 monitors in 3 years because the charging port stretches out and will no longer charge unless it's in the perfect position. The most recent one only lasted 2 months.

    Bought this less than a year ago, the charging port on the monitor has already stopped working and from what I've read it's not worth it to try and get warenty. Super annoyed at this product, and now I have to spend money on a new one, when I just assumed I'd have this one for years. Thank u, next.

    Nice Monitor
    I bought this primarily because of the monitor. Back in October/November I bought another version of this monitor system with 2 owl cameras. The monitor stopped working and it's too much of a hassle to send it in to VTech. So I was able to use the owl cameras with this monitor. Pros: 1.) Nice monitor screen 2.) Can hook up more cameras (up to 4) 3.) Talk back feature Cons: 1.) Monitor port is very sensitive. Be careful plugging and unplugging it.
