Good sound
Works well, a little on the quiet side. Sound quality is great tho, my 9 yr old thought his baby brother was trapped in our ottoman when he heard him crying on the monitor.

Already used and had warning tag cut off
I purchased this monitor at the Walmart in Midvale Utah. Product was already used and wasn't even put away correctly. Monitor for baby had the warning tag cut off. Wanted to see if it even works will be trying it out for the night. The picture is exactly how I dumped it out of the box just spread more apart and had a piece of gift tissue paper in it. Will be calling customer service for sure. Pretty sure they didn't even check this product before putting back on the shelf.

    Well worth the money
    This is an excellent product. The audio quality and the range are great. I have nothing bad to say about it. The price is excellent and it's definitely a good product to own.

    It reaches clear to my neighbor's house!
    My mom has dementia. I needed to hear her in her room. This monitor is fantastic. It reaches so far. I have walked across street and next door. I highly recommend!

    Didn't last a year
    I bought this June 2022 and it died last night May 17, 2023. I'm really disappointed as this worked great the whole time until it just died and won't turn on.

    Defective
    We bought this and immediately it started cutting out. Three days later it quit completely and won't come on. We have used vtech monitors for 20 years and never had issues like this.

    Good Product, exactly what I needed.
    I really like this product. Easy to set up and use. The price was fantastic. If I could make one change, it would be a battery that lasts longer than 8 hours before it needs a charge, 10 hours would be ideal.

    Great monitor!
    We bought this for our newborn in a pinch after we brought him home. I didn't have high hopes for it to work well and had intentions on researching other monitors. We've been using it for 10 months now and I have no issues with it. My only complaint is that the part that's in the baby's room runs on power no option for battery power so when we've lost power multiple times the parent unit beeps constantly until it either dies or power is restored.
