Great value for multiple cats!
Finally!! I have multiple indoor-outdoor cats and I finally found a good litter box. Great value, I finally do not smell anything! Where do we get the replacement filters? I cannot seem to find them.

Item is described as having a handle. It was missing when item arrived. It also has a lot of scratches on the top. Rough shape for a 'NEW' item!

    It's smaller than I expected and the one I've replaced but that's not really a big deal because my cat has no issue with that. The plastic is not as strong as the one I've replaced. It's kind of flimsy but it's just going to sit in one place so again, not really a big deal. The one thing that I can't use is the little flapping door. The product sticker is placed right on it and it's not one of those stickers that peels of nicely and easily. This one is on for good so I'm not using it because it looks so bad so now box stays open and exposed. I wouldn't purchase it again for this reason. I've had other boxes with stickers placed on the doors but they weren't tough stickers like this.

    The actual base of this pan is about 20" - it is large in height. The entry hole is rather small. Everything was there, nothing broken. Nice material, latches a little tricky, need to line them up and lighty press down (patience). Handle was fine.

    Good design ho-hum quality, smaller than before
    We were disappointed to find this litter pan was smaller than our old "large" model. The plastic seems more flimsy, also. The latches are weaker. I don't expect this model to last as long as our old model. However, it should get the job done and they do a good job of containing odor. We don't use the door, because the cats don't like it.

    No hole for cat to get in the box !
    I received the top part today, maybe get the bottom tomorrow. The top doesn't even have a hole for the cat to go in !! The flap part doesn't stay on...don't know if you're suppose to cut your own hole or what !!? If I get the bottom tomorrow this is definitely going back to Walmart !

    Not what I purchase. Broken letterbox
    Im sooooo upset with the quality of the item I received! It wasnt worth the hassle of a return. The plastic cap and bottom are so cheap. Two sides came without a side snap Locks so the lid does not stay on. They were broken upon arrival. As the photo online shows theres aThey were broken upon arrival. As the photo online shows theres a little black window for privacy. That was not on the cat litter box either. So I feel like I got a totally different litter box and what is shown online. I specifically wanted this cat litter box because of the heat which is nice, and the window flap. That is not present though. This box is junk so Im just using the bottom tray wish I couldve spent five dollars on for a better quality one. I cant recommend it. I want a new one.

    the only problem I had was the door thing but no big deal don't need it I've had this brand litterbox before they last for a long time i had the other 1 for 5 yrs definitely like this cause my 1 rescue loves to play in the litterbox

    My cat likes it! He started to use this box in a minute I put it to its place. For the beginning I removed the clear door just to let my cat getting in and out easily.

    Very good kitty litter box!
    I recently ordered this to try to contain the kitty litter that our "teenage" kitty so energetically throws out of the "open top" litter box. This one is so much better as it DOES contain the litter since it has a top cover. It didn't take our KiKi long at all to get used to this new box. And now the only litter that I find outside of the box is the small amount just outside the doorway which is an easy clean up with a broom & dustpan. One of the nice things about this box is that it is "deep" and enclosed. I ordered this box online and used "Site To Store" pickup and saved a few bucks since it was cheaper online and WM stores won't match their online pricing. Overall it is a great product that I would definitely buy again! ^..^~~!
