    Use Caution When Purchasing Online From Walmart
    This is a great router, which I'd previously been renting from Verizon for $15/month and decided to buy because I like it so much. But although I purchased it from Walmart, it was actually sourced through one of their 3rd party sellers, Rose City Wholesale. The result? Delays, misinformation, poor communication, unsatisfactory customer service interactions, and 25 days to deliver an item that other sellers can seemingly deliver in a week or less. The router also came with the Verizon "V" logo painted red, which is not the way it was depicted in the listing, is not the same as the version I was renting, and in my opinion is ugly compared to the more elegant embossed look I expected. The Getting Started guide was also torn, which to me indicates that this item might have been a gently used second hand item and simply repackaged. The router is working fine so far, which is the most important thing of course, and it's not worth the hassle to return it, but overall, a disappointing experience for someone who was shopping online with Walmart for the first time. In the future, I will certainly pay more attention to who the actual seller is when I purchase anything from Walmart online, and I would advise others to do the same.

    Shipping took a little longer than expected. Arrived in good packaging and install was easy. You do have to call Verizon and tie it to your account.

    Worth the money and no rental fee to fios
    Plugged it in and it set up by its own awesome. But my basement is kind of weak on the wi/fi need extender E3200 for that problem. but all happy in my home.

    Although this Wireless router is a bit expensive and quite large, it has powerful functions. I used it to replace my original router. It was amazing. My internet speed was directly increased by three times and the signal coverage area was increased. The signal is strong and stable. This router can be used not only for Verizon's Internet, but also for other Internet. In short, powerful!

    Expensive but worth it!
    I bought this router to place the exact model I was renting from Verizon. I have this router connected to my Google router and extenders! My house is well covered! I am glad I bought it and don't have to pay a rental fee anymore!

    My item was lost in shipping but a replacement was sent immediately. Router was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. The router is cheaper through Walmart and the vendor than through Verizon. And purchasing helps me continue to save money since I no longer have to pay a monthly router rental fee on my cable/internet bill. Worth the buy.
