Good phone, bad seller
I purchased 2 Motorola Edge Plus phones on 8/18/21 for Verizon. The first one came on the 20th. While trying to activate the phone it somehow it activated on the wrong line which we then had to go to the Verizon store to get it all figured out which wasn't a big deal. Afterwards getting it activated on the correct line it worked as it should. The second phone came on the 21st..back to Verizon again. Now both phone are activated and working properly for less then a day all sort of things started happening to the first phone. Apps won't load, location was wrong, Bluetooth stopped working, no calls would work but this all happened over a days time not at once. Some fixed themselves and some didn't. Now I call Walmart customer service and was hung up on the first call. Called a second time and was on the phone for 40 minutes to be told they can't accepted a return or exchange and to take it to the store to see if they will do anything. To be told that there is nothing they can do for me after buying 2 $850 phones is absolutely sickening.
