First off had to pay for service before the phone could be activated on top that wayyyy smaller than advertised garbage and garbage service provider for forcing you to buy air time just to use the phone I was gone use with Wi-Fi only for my 5 year old

    Buy in store, not online, unless....
    It was not activated when I received. I tried taking it to the local store, like i was instructed to do, and they acted like I stole it. A $30 phone......

    Don't buy cellphone online, buy in store
    Never buy a phone online! The phone has to be scanned in the store before it can be activated. I went around and around with Verizon and WalMart over this. Nothing wrong with the phone, it was the failure to scan it prior to shipping that messed everything up.

    Bad phone. No good.
    I am very sorry for buying this phone. I didn't pay much for it, so I guess I shouldn't fuss. But, it freezes up all the time. I just don't like it and I don't recommend it to anyone.

    this phone is useless I wasted my money and my time I can't even use this phone because the screen froze and you can't unfreeze it it's sitting in my drawer I tried to send it back they wouldn't accept it so I don't know what to do with it I wasted my money and my time.Cant activate it.

    I ordered 3 of these phones, but was only able to get one of them activated. In order to get that one activated I had to stay on the phone over am hour. The other two couldn't be activated! One of them was a locked phone! I Do Not recommend anyone waste their money on these phones!

    loopholes to activate without buying airtime
    phone has to be activated before you can use the Wi-Fi.... I used the SIM card from my phone that is already activated through Verizon wireless to activate this phone and once I gained access to the Wi-Fi I put my sim card back into my phone and replaced this phones sim card.... works perfectly and didn't have to buy airtime to activate... btw I bought this phone online for my child to use for Wi-Fi only and it didn't specify that you couldn't use Wi-Fi until activated through Verizon.
