Very Happy!
I am very pleased with my new Victory Pellet Hopper. I've cooked 3 loads of food on it so far and it performed flawlessly every time. It assembled very easy with easy to follow instructions. It took about an hour and a half. I was in no hurry. I researched it before I bought and I like the fact that I can cover the drip pan with foil, change out pellets and it holds temp very well. It does put out a lot of smoke on start up. The only thing I wish for is a 225 degree setting. It goes from 200-250. 200 you still get smoke. 250 not as much. But I have learned how to work around that. I just cook the 1st 6 hours on 200 and then crank up to 250 after the meat has absorbed all the smoke it can. I'm using CookinPellets Hickory 75% and Camp Chef Charcoal 25% mixed and using a smoke tube full of Charcoal pellets for my flavor. That mixture is a game changer for me. Great wheels on this cooker. The cover fits good but the Velcro straps won't reach. It's almost like they were sewn on wrong. It covers it good though and it stays in the garage when not in use. I'd buy it again and recommend it to anyone with 100% confidence.

Love it, just a couple things I would change
First, the good: This is amazing value. I didn't think I needed a smoker this big... until I had one. The shelf is awesome. Big hopper comes in handy on overnight cooks. I've found it holds temp incredibly well. I use a wifi probe with 2 dedicated to chamber temp. One side runs a little hotter than the other, but temp holding is solid. This was my most important criteria when I was shopping and it delivers. Sturdy construction. The eh: The hopper sometimes needs a little help moving pellets down the chute, so the side window is misleading. I wish the top shelf was wider. Wifi is an omission, but totally OK given the price. The not good: No 225 setting. It's an easy workaround, but if you're a newbie like me who is following recipes, this temp is used a lot. I usually run at 200 longer before bumping to 250 and it works fine. I have found that one side of the grill holds around 230 when I set to 250, so that works too. No clue why this decision was made. The bad: Nothing I would 100% recommend this grill to anyone, and I'm hoping that some of the above minor things can be addressed with gen 2 parts.

Like this smoker. Would love it minus two issues.
Only complaints I have. Dumping pellets to change. The hole is so small for the pellets to exit, they jam up. Have to have long stick to push up and down for pellets to exit. Second the door hood on smoker loses allot of smoke and heat. has a good 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap between hood and base around the curves. I believe door should be 1/4-inch steel. I still cook fantastic food on it. The Quality of Grill over all is good.

Son purchased for my 55th birthday
Two issues, Great smoke but not loved. First let me say food off the smoker is fantastic. Issues Empty pellets to change out. Hole is too small. Need to use long stick unjamming the pellets to flow out. Second hood door should be 1/4 inch steel. there is a 1/8 to 1/4 gap between the oven part and the door. around the two sides that are curved. allowing to much smoke to escape and heat.

    Holds a lot of meat
Have used this 3 times, so far. The first time was at 200, for some chicken breast, but never got hot enough, to burn my mustard binder off & the chicken was very dry(I finally finished them off in my upright smoker). The 2nd time I grilled some ribeyes & sirloins, which worked great. I let them smoke for a little bit, then opened the lid & cranked up the heat. They turned out great. The 3rd time I was smoking 17 pork shoulders. I put 12, in my big lay down (mustard binder) & managed to get 5 shoulders on the Victory( oil binder) They did great, but the next time I'll just smoke 4 & place a water pan in with them. The temp probes were showing about ten degrees hotter than they actually were, so I wrapped them at 170 & pulled them at 215(to compensate for the difference.). I recommend using a NATURAL wood pellet (no oils) or your auger will gum up, from the tar residue.

Great product and even better customer service!
The victory pellet grill is a beast! If you are in the market for a pellet grill, this is the one you want. Not only is the grill great, but the price is also excellent, and the customer service is what really stands out. Prior to ordering the team on the help chat answered all of my questions and gave me a discount on the package I ultimately purchased. Then came the fun. To no fault of BBQGUYS my shipment was delayed and sent all over the country. After a few phone calls and figuring out what was going on Asher was able to get a second grill sent out and it was delivered in 2 days. and she threw in a bag of pallets for free, it was a nice surprise when they arrived. If thinking about it, just do it, you won't be upset.

    Not worth the money
I am a caterer in Morgantown, WV and was excited to have a smoker to assist with moderate level caterings (150-300 individuals). I have smoked several pork butts, beef tenderloins, briskets, and ribs so far on this smoker. Two HUGE issues. 1. No 225° setting which is what I would like to smoke most of my meats at regularly. 2. THE SMOKER STOPS WORKING DURING LONG OVERNIGHT OR 10+ hour operations. This is extremely problematic when cooking pork butts or brisket that requires long cooks at low temps. Overall, I'd suggest going with a different smoker if smoking overnight is a goal

    I LOVE this smoker!
I cannot say enough about the amazing quality and features of the Victory Pellet grill. I was impressed by the large cooking surface and a hopper that holds 29lbs of pellets! You won't find a better pellet grill of this quality anywhere especially in this price range!

Exceeded my Expectations. Great Pellet Grill!
To the point: What I like about this grill is that it is incredibly easy to operate. Fill the MASSIVE pellet hopper with pellets, turn it to the desired temperature and let it roll. I've used this grill on quite a few cooks and it has worked flawlessly. No complaints or disappointments - just great food, every time. Details: It took less than an hour to assemble with 2 people putting this grill together - it was packed nicely in the box. As long as you look at the instructions the assembly is pretty straightforward. Be sure to follow the instructions for first turning on the grill and setting it up for a long time of successful cooks. The grill heats up quickly once it begins to smoke and the lid is closed. I have had pellet grills in the past that struggle to get up to 400F, but this one gets to 500F with ease. The pellet hopper on this grill is massive - holds about 29lbs of pellets so you don't have to worry too much about refilling during a long cook. The plug-in meat probes read very closely to what my meat thermometers read, so I was very happy to see that high level of accuracy. I have cooked ribs, spatchcock chickens, casseroles, and more on this grill so far and have not had one thing to complain about. Overall, I would highly recommend this Victory Wood Pellet Grill! It's well built and will be great for an amateur or experienced cook!
