Over priced and damaged had to return
Looks better than it is. Quality is so low. Its double padded but still hard as a rock. The arm rests were uneven. Plus one arm rest came broken! Had to return at the store and I'm really displeased with my decision making skills on that purchase.

    The only problem with putting this together was the little stool…the legs was a challenge….I had to use a rubber mallet and had to beat the legs into the seat

    instructions - HORRIBLE
    First piece was missing. and lets talk assembly instructions... horrible!!!!!!! Hardware letters did not match instructions. Pictures only and most were able to understand until you get to certain areas. A FEW words would have been helpful. aside from that.. it seems to be comfortable, and it did arrive before expected. The manufacturer is sending the piece that is missing, I decided to not wait as I ordered this cuz my back was killing me. so I will have to take some apart to put the piece on when it arrives.

    Just not what it should be
    It was a nice chair is just there was missing parts and then when you put it together it's not completely right it kept throwing me out of the chair and I can't sit in that thing all day.

    Nice comfy chair but fragile leg support.
    Leg support is fragile ad pretty small for a 6 1" guy. Chair is comfy which is helpful for long remote working days. Wheels are not great quality and get stuck. Arms keep getting loose and it is very annoying. Otherwise fabric is good quality and chair overall is made well.

    Awesome chair!
    I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought it for my mother who definitely will appreciate its cushion comfort. upon putting it together it is not as fluffy as the picture depicts but hopefully over the next day or two it gradually gets better. overall I'm pleased. it wasn't hard to put together, straight to the point directions and all screws needed were present. I may get another for myself but for now its all moms.

    Nice chair, poor instructions for assembly
    Very nice chair. It is comfortable and reclines with ease. Took myself and and a friend about an hour to put together. My only gripe is the instructions are just pictures that arent very precise.

    Great chair
    Its pretty comfortable. Looks really nice. Footrest seems loose but not a big deal. Overall its a great chair for a good price.
