the chair is great
reason i rank a 4 is because the chair needs just a little more padding. 1st day sitting in is like breaking in new pair of shoes, but that does not last long as you use daily. tip to raise cant be sitting in it. the vibration is ok, have to lean back with a little pressure to feel it. this company A1 on communication and shipping out. over all i am happy with the chair, like the 1 i replaced need to add a pillow at my back. so if was going to upgrade it, add more support around the lumbar area

    Best decision I made for a good price.
    I went looking for retail chairs and I saw many more expensive and with less features ( no incline or massage) . I found this and I love it! t's very comfortable. Love I can incline all the way back with the footer. the massage is not too strong but it's very relaxing if you leave it for a long time. I'm very satisfy with this chair. Best decision I've made. I would recommend.

    So far satisfied w/purchase. Need operating instructions. Fell over backwards due to a high center of gravity at highest height making it easy to tip over when trying to massage buttocks. I almost landed on the guitar.

    Great Office Chair
    I purchased this chair for my husband's home office. He is 6'4 and can't sit comfortably in a standard office chair. This one was perfect! It is oversized, swivels, reclines, massages and is very classy looking. I can't believe the price point on such a nice chair!

    awesome office chair
    Needed a comfortable office chair for myself. I spend more than 8 hours everyday sitting on the chair. I finally get this chair. Assembling is fairly straightforward and easy. The quality seems to be solid and sturdy. And height, tilt and recline have no issue. I'm impressed and it is very comfortable. What I like this chair the best is the retractable footrest. The back angle adjustment can be adjusted to exactly the position I want it at any angle from leaning forward a few degrees, all the way through fully reclined. When I need to take a quick power nap, I recline it flat and I go to sleep then get right back to my pc. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will continue to be if the chair holds up.
