Definitely have all the vitamins & supplements our immune system needs, easy to chew, great flavor. I really enjoy eating them, huge fan of gummies supplements, so very recommended guys, right size & daily dose.

There are better options
I gave up my capsule multi vitamins for two days before I could not continue with them and blessed someone else w the remaining contents who was interested in trying them. The raspberry flavor and scent was too strong and chemical. There is no way I could make these a daily thing. If gummies are your preferred method for vitamins, I would say there are probably better tasting options out there. These were just not for me.

    Looked forward to take since they taste so good!
    I've been really enjoying these vitamins. My life gets pretty busy and most of the time I don't eat the right foods to stay healthy but these gummies definitely helped my lazy routine out! Not only do they taste good but I have noticed I'm less exhausted. I suffer from a lot of upset stomach too and have seen it decrease while taking them. I would repurchase.

    do multi vitamins work
    We may never really know. I have finished my bottle taking them regularly and while I enjoy the routine of the tasty gummies I don't know that they actually do anything. I love vital protein powders but I don't know that I believe in multi vitamins. They are a little expensive but they taste great so I'd recommend if you want a gummy option. I received these in exchange for my honest review.

    I enjoyed these beauty gummies and I feel like they helped with my hair, skin, and nails overall health. The flavor is nice and they are a little chewy but I ended up finishing off the whole bottle and will be ordering more!

    I don't know that I can say I've seen any difference while taking these gummies and it may be because I haven't finished an entire bottle yet. They don't taste bad and are easy to chew. I would definitely try these again.

    Better flavor and more vitamins than the collagen
    I like that this product has a mix of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, biotin in comparison to the Collagen gummies that only had collagen. At least there is a pretty wide adoption of supplementing these vitamins orally already, so I feel like this is helping to support my general health. I feel like this is more of a women's health multivitamin than a beauty supplement though (basically just another biotin supplement). This one also has a less strong flavor than the grape and is in a much smaller bottle and half the serving size (2 gummies) which I appreciate. Overall, I would keep taking these!

    I love the Vital Proteins brand due to the clean ingredients and competitive price. The biotin gummies do not disappoint. I have definitely noticed an increase in nail growth and strength. The serving size of two gummies is comparable to other brands, making this a good choice in that respect. I would definitely recommend this brand of biotin gummies for anyone looking for a good quality product.
