Taking this product for life
I tried this product as my mother used it for years. I didn't really believe the benefits until I tried it myself. I have had a lifetime of intestinal issues and pain, (not trying to diagnose anyone just using what's good for me) and menopause issues including thinner skin, unusual joint pain. I started noticing a difference after 6 weeks very pleased.

    Very self conscious of my increasingly thinning hair and as soon as my nails grow to show the white tip I would always cut them because as they'd grow they would always split . So I would never polish them. I take vital protein gummies faithfully everyday. My thinning hair seems to be growing and my nails are growing stronger that I can actually polish them now. I guess I must've been really low in my collagen levels.

    I order this via Walmart pickup. It had plastic around the lid but when I removed it. It looked like there had been a seal removed and there were only 62 gummies and not 120 like it says on the bottle.

    Not much collagen.
    2.5g of collagen per serving seems like very little. And the amount of sugar seems high too. I'm wondering if this amount is typical in collagen vitamins…I think I'll do more research in other brands.

    Bad service, poor shipping
    The only reason I gave one star, it would not let me continue without a selection. It was melted into one big glob; it was impossible to see one gel. This was terrible.

    Downside is that you have to take a lot of them a day and they are on the pricey side. You have to take 4 a day which means a big bottle only lasts one month. The flavor is kind of flat and they are not juicy. I tried generic brands that were tastier and juicier. The bottle was dated as being fresh but taste was disappointing. I have to finish the bottle to see if they help improve my nails and hair.

    Did some product research trying to find something to help with my damaged salon nails. I had been struggling with super thin destroyed nails for months. I noticed improvement in about 2 weeks after trying these. It's been 2 months now, and I still take one every day. They are a strange texture, and the bottle recommends 4 as a serving. I have a sensitive stomach, so I will be safe and only consume 1 per day.

    Tasty, reasonable, unknown effectiveness
    Very tasty and reasonably priced, since I take them for osteoporosis I have no way of knowing if they are effective at all, studies showed that they make a modest difference over time, who knows.
