Good bike, good price, good ride!
Once final assembly is completed, it serves my needs very well. Beware, instructions are minimal at best. Knowledge of bicycle maintenance and mechanical workings is very helpful. YouTube has helpful videos. Vivi does respond to emails. My use is for cruising around with a bum knee. The seat was brutal, so I bought a more comfortable one. Most every everything arrived well fitted,ie; brakes, etc. Works great. Very pleased with my purchase.

DISAPPOINTED
I paid to have someone put the bike together. It was scheduled for June 8th at 3:00. I arranged three different events, so I could be at home for the assembly, and about an hour or so, was notified the person could not make the appointment and was rescheduled to June 13th at 12:00. I hope the person can be here, as I have another event occuring that I will have to leave early for the assembly, of this bike.

And they refuse to take it back. and Walmart is telling me they have nothing to do with it. and when purchasing Walmart took my money Walmart shipped it to me. I tracked it through Walmart..n then any issue u wash ur hands. the WORSE SELLER. PLEASE IF U BUY THIS BIKE N HAVE ISSUE WALMART WILL NOT HELP YOU.N THE SELLER WILL GIVE U THE RUN AROUND. AND ANOTHER IF THEY EMAIL U ALL THEIR EMAIL GOES TO SPAM.Angella

I had to take it to get repaired at a bike shop, the splash guards are extremely flimsy so I didn't even bother putting them on but the rest of the bike is solid, battery holds a charge, it's got good power, and it's fastChevy

I put it on the charger over night and it still didn't function. I am returning to my local store for a refund. I have several manual powered bikes. I also checked the book for fixes. But after getting the bike together and trying to pump up the tires, I come to find that the rear tire won't pump up. I decided to check out the tire and found out the inner tube was already busted near the valve. Not happy that I have to spend more money and haven't even rode the bike once.lawrence
