Important
We've had this phone less than a month and already screen has went out of it. I did purchase the protection plan but should not have to replace so soon and our Walmart doesn't carry The phones bought for My granddaughter while staying with us this summer and now she can't get as hold of us at work if needed

    Great value, very usable
    My prior phone was an LG Premiere Pro with 16GB. I bought the Journey as an emergency replacement. The 32GB memory with the Journey is the best advantage, thus allowing me to download some needed apps that my previous phone could not hold. The disadvantage of the Journey is the sluggish speed... Apps run slower than my previous phone. But for the price, the Journey is a great value for a very usable smart phone.

    Insanely cheap for a really great quality phone
    I absolutely love this phone and would recommend it to anyone needing a nice touch screen phone for cheap. Also the fact that it runs on Android 10 9.0 out of the box but will update to 10 soon as you power it own. They also have different plans to choose from I get the $40 a month plan which includes 20 Gigabytes of Internet unlimited talk text and basically data just after 20 Gigabytes it slows down to two gigabit-speed but I never use the whole 20 gigabytes in a month anyway super fast internet great quality as well.

    It was a gift to my spouse. Big change for him as he had a flip phone. Training in progress. He says he like it and will actually learn the features. He had been against a touch for years. Also, the cost was the same as the flip. I'm impressed.

    Prepaid phone. But had NO minutes. Cost extra. Guess I am confused on what Prepaid phone suppose to be. Thought prepaid was a disposable phone with limited minutes.

    never finished the order, was double billed in fees so i canceled. then tried to call the store many times, NO one answers and further tried to call on WM M/C and they are in India and do NOT speak English well enough to be understood! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
