Painless
I needed a upgrade and found this phone priced best for my wants, including it being a Samsung. And it be one I could continue my service with Family Mobile. REALLY pleased how simple Family Mobile made the process. Easy and painless for me. Didn't even have to leave my house. I could not have made a better choice. 5 stars

Worst Samsung unlock Phone ever.
If I could give this phone Zero Stars I would but I had to select at least 1 star. This is the worse Samsung Phone I have ever purchased. I am unable to return it because of 15 days electronics return policy. I wasted my Money buying this phone. The Apps take 4 days to download, everything on this phone is slow. I can use my old phone and search the web faster than this so called new phone. Its very frustrating. Just Heads up when you purchase this phone it turns on and it is a Tracfone Phone. All my other Samsung unlock Phone never showed a carrier name. This Phone is cheap build not worth the Money. Do not waste your money with this phone spend extra money and buy a better quality phone. I am still using my old phone because it works a lot better than this phone. And this was supposed to be an upgrade. I am continuously having to clear catche just to get this phone to work.

    Good Phone
    Love the finger print scanner on the back because I don't have to log in as much. Dislike that the app doesn't open when you click the notification on the lock screen and then unlock it.

    I am impressed with the speed and ease of this phone. It is my third Galaxy and by far the best for a reasonable price. Don't waste your time and money on other name brands.

    It is a good phone!
    I really do like this phone. I would have preferred to have the Samsung Galaxy A50, but it was not offered. I had been waiting months for Walmart Family Mobile to offer a better selection of phones. I am satisfied with the price of this one considering that we will all need new phones for 5G service soon.

    Great video and camera at this price point!
    For the price range this phone has nice bright and clear video, reasonably good response, plenty of memory, and a nice camera. I like the full screen infinity video, but you have to get used to not swiping it by accident and running apps you weren't expecting to execute. If you're lucky, you might even get it at a bargain price, although $149 is a pretty good price. You can get a good phone case to protect it from damage for $10 or less.

    Has a mind of its own. Camera is nice tho.
    Has a mind of its own. I sent the first one I got back hoping that one was defective, the replacement has been a little better but still does some weird things. Like saying that messages is my default app would I like to make messages my default app and same with the phone. Makes no sense. Also have to click on buttons repeatedly to get them to work. And the key board is extremely touchy. Camera is really nice tho.

    Good with a few quirks....
    Having owned a few Samsung phones, this is a bit different from the others. First, it does mp3 ringtones, but won't let you use one of them for the notifications. Midi's only. Second, it uses a usb C cord, which is not like the older Samsung phones. Not at all like my Galaxy J5 was. Lastly, the camera is DIFFERENT. Seems it picks and chooses when it wants to use the back dual cameras. I've set it for single countless times, and it goes ahead an uses the dual and messes up the picture. If you can live with these things, it's not a bad phone. No drops, loud volume, pretty fair picture. Good entry level Samsung, with a few quirks. I do recommend it you have the patience to use it. If not, pass....

    Pleased with all, but one thing.
    I love the size. It has a nice big screen. Easy to use if familiar with Samsung phones. Only thing I haven't liked was it sometimes lags loading pages. It could be the internet, but I dont remember my S8 having this issue at all loading pages. Good phone overall for cheaper price.
